She sat nervously, awaiting John's arrival. All too soon, that familiar gangly figure appeared on the path close by. Short for sure but well written
Ok the part at the end did bring a little tear to my eye which is why it gets 3 star's. It was very short though. I don't really feel inspired. I also didn't like that Linda is so against taking a medication. Or talking to a councillor. There is absolutely nothing wrong with taking an antidepressant or seeing a professional and doing so takes a lot of strength.

Heartwarming Short Story
I enjoyed reading this short, sweet romantic story. I love the fact that it was a good, clean romance with a happy ending. I also really appreciated that it was such an uplifting, inspirational story and that the protagonist was a good person who recognized and beautifully overcame the obstacles that kept her from having the loving relationship she hoped for.

Great short story.
Sometimes we give up too easily on those we lo love. Great lesson and I need to take her cues.
