Love these

I like these summaries for a busy person it great you can get a lot of knowledge from them is a short read. This crucial conversation provides insight Into how to deal with the tuff conversation that come up in our day to day life and how to navigate those conversation with easy and strength. After reading the summary I might go read the full version a lot of good information

There is enough information here to know the principles and try them. I'm probably not going to read the book (crucial conversations) I'll just try out the principles given here.

Wow! Very good book with great structures. Not sure if I even need the full book - this one seems to have captured all the core learnings.
