I received this book as an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
I am glad they are done making Kayla flirt with Masson. I didn't care for the way that was going ... I like the fire Matthew and Kayla have both romantically and in the work place. They are a great team and they need to use their brains and not bodies to get what they want in Washington. They both are smart and intelligent and need to just use those two things to push their way in and that will be enough to get them into White House. They both have a fire in themselves when it comes to their passion for politics that you don't see everyday. That is all that's needed to make it where they can successfully make it big together.

Wow. The saga continues
I was gifted this book for a honest review. Honest review? Who lies about reviews?
I am thoroughly enjoying this series. It is fresh, new and so much fun to read.
Matthew is still a selfish, self serving politician. He is the guy you want to hate. Kayla surprised me. From newbie in Washington to conniving, loose moral woman to get ahead. I still can't believe her.
I am giving this book 5 stars for originality, great characters I want to hate (if a character elicits an emotional response she is doing a great job). Grab this book and read it! You will love it.

I'm not sure how I feel about these characters. Kayla is really book smart, but
A bit sleazy. She's very ambitious, and that's great, but uses her body too much.
I'm not sure if she's just too young to know better or she has no respect for herself.
Matthew is a harder read. He's ruthlessly
Ambitious, yet seems to care about kayla.
All and all this is a good story and worth reading. I'm just not used to not caring much for the hero and heroin.

Wow what a rollercoaster ride this has been. I think series is very well written and that it keeps you interrested and wanting more.
What will happen with Kayla & Matthew I wonder. The book is well written and a love story is busy developing. Would highly recommend this short storie series and believe me when i say that i just live the love hate scenes and how they fight.
You will love this book.

Great series
I usually don't read books with politics involved but, after reading some of the reviews I decided to give this series a shot. And I'm so glad I did. I love the chemistry between Matthew and Kayla and can't wait till the next book to see where their story goes.
