Three and a half years after the hit science fiction show Rebellion: 2120 ended, the show’s stars, Jamie McLeod and René Carver, have moved on. Jamie is now the star of the new cult hit cop show The Watch. René has left show business behind and is the current reigning World Champion of the Extreme Prix. The Prix, often referred to as the Death Races, has become the fastest growing spectator sport in the world. Because of their vastly different careers, the two men have drifted apart. When a freak flood delays a race, René and Jamie are reunited and start repairing their relationship. Slowly, a bond of love and trust begins to develop. What neither had foreseen was how forces from their different worlds threaten to tear them apart—not to mention threaten their very lives.
