This is probably another sci-fi series I will reread and follow until the end =)

Declan Vulgus has a mission. Retrieve Theodore Mason and his family. With the known doctor he should be able to find a cure to save the few unmated females and children to be born. After losing his mate to the illness he now lives for his missions. But that all changes with the feelings he starts feeling for the small alien female Vivian Mason. But to take her as a mate would mean his death, for it's against his people's laws to claim a second mate when so many haven't had the chance to experience mating.

Vivian Mason didn't know what to expect when the aliens too her and her family. But the heat she feels in her body when shes around Declan. When their ship is attacked Declan is the only company she has, and there's no way to deny how her body reacts when he's around all the time. But when the law threatens to take away her mate this one human female will do everything in her power to stand by her mate's side.

Can't wait to see Darian Falcus fall for his human mate.

Vivian Mason is a doctor who comes home to visit her beloved family, only to witness their kidnapping. She manages to escape the aliens who take her family, but not before meeting Declan and experiencing the heat he imparts on her. With no choice but to go with him if she wants to see her family again, Vivian follows Declan through space to his home planet, Haven. Many obstacles stand in the way of their being together, but the heat that courses through Vivian drives her closer to Declan.

Declan jumps right into the action, taking the reader on a whirlwind adventure. If you like steamy scenes, you'll love this book. It wraps up most loose ends, but leaves some issues unresolved for the next book in the series (including a sneak preview!).
