Where do I start this book was crazy wrong husband wrong friends my girls just got it wrong all ova the characters are relatable but got some issue I'm feeling sorry for ole girl seem like she never stood a chance Polo wanted to ruin that marriage can't wait to see him get it but what a ending this was a awesome read different and fresh I loved it
Man, this book was good, the ending has me wondering what happen and why did they do that to her, but also this book is similar to another book with the same plot. I just can't put my dang finger on it but the similarity is so thick lol. but anywho I cant wait until part 2 comes out I'm itching for me.
The book started off fairly decent as far as the writing style goes. There were a lot of errors throughout the book. About halfway through the book, the writing style changed and was horrible. It was amateurish at best. It was as if someone else started writing the book. Out of nowhere, a major twist was added...and not in a good way. It was so out there and didn't sync up with the basis of the book. Imagine reading a book about farm animals and out of nowhere the book starts talking about vampires. It was THAT off the wall. The author doesn't know how to use the word "reach" or any variation of it. "I sat the cake down and reached Eddie the knife." "He reached me an envelope." "I reached it towards him and just as he took it he touched my hand." WHAT?! I forced myself to read the entire book. I didn't want to just give up on it. There were so many times I wanted to throw my kindle. I definitely won't be reading the sequel.
The positive thing is if the author was trying to make the main female character look stupid, he/she did a great job.
Baby, if it isn't some stuff going on in this book!! The story line has a mix of sex, lies, mystery, murder -- you name it! I cannot wait until part 2!
OMG!!!! This books was SOOOO GOOD!!! I couldn't put it down. Sassi was pissing me off though. I wanted to shake the $$$ out of her!! I can't can't for part 2!!!
This book was so good i wanted to slap sissi so dam much, this book had so many twists and turns very entertaining from beginning to end can't wait to see what happens in part 2.reccommend for everyone to read.B.M.Hardin i really enjoyed reading your books this is the 3rd one read wont be my last.
What the what? This book gets five stars because it was not at all what I expected. What kind of secret society/pact Eddie, Polo and Micki got going on?
LOVE . . .HONOR . . . CHERISH . . .TIL DEATH DO US PART! These words that are read during a traditional wedding ceremony are very specific, they are set up that way to give you some direction in married life. If you know how to follow directions, marriage should be easy for you. What happens when the directions aren't followed? How are you supposed to proceed in a successful marriage if no one is doing what is supposed to be done? How do you get granted a do over or is it allowed?
Sassi is married to Eddie and has been for the past 9 years. They met in a bar 11 years ago and they were both drawn to each others conversation. They had two children as a result of this union. Life should have been grand! One of the disadvantages to being happy and doing well for yourself and your family is there is always going to be some miserable person that wants to bring you down. The catch is they are a wolf in sheep's clothing. How do you get rid of this negativity in your life? Do you fight to stay in the marriage or do you let this outside force interfere?
The Wrong Husband is an exciting book, you can tell that from the title. Reading this book you will go through a range of emotions because the characters are just that good. You will find yourself talking to the characters and waiting on them to respond to you. The story line is strong and the characters flow well with each other. You will not get lost reading BUT you won't be able to predict what is coming next. Very well written and it has you wanting more. This is my first time reading a book written by Hardin but it is not my last.
This was one hot mess situation. I originally thought that the shady friend was Patrice but Micki's reasons for not being upfront and honest with Sassi didn't ring true and authentic to me from the very beginning. I tell you with best friends like these who needs enemies??? Sassi to me was on a whole different level of naivety and stupidity. She basically knew Polo was no good all of the evidence was staring her in her face but she still chose to ignore all of the warning signs. As a mother I felt some type of way about Sassi's mom being so willing to out her to Eddie. Right, wrong, or indifferent I am riding for mine. Behind closed doors I might rip them a new one but in public we are a united front. I enjoyed the story and am sure that I will enjoy pt. 2. I didn't give five stars because honestly the level of crazy in the book just didn't rope me in. I was giving the pages a little side eye and in my head saying "you know da-- well that would never happen.". This is my only negative but it wasn't enough for me to dislike the story as it unfolded. With that being said I recommend this book to others. Hopefully part two won't be long to follow.
The Wrong Husband is an excellent read. For Sassi, something had always been missing in her marriage but she'd learned to deal with it. She was unhappy, but she was content. She was unsatisfied, but she was comfortable. Once secrets from the past are revealed Sassi finds herself in love with two men. Is she really married to the wrong man, the grass isn’t always greener on the other side.
This storyline was so good. It had parts that even make you laugh out loud. This book is full of drama, lies, and secrets.
I guess this book 4 stars their was a few spelling errors nothing major this book held. My attention from the first page to the last the character development was great and the characters were just crazy well Polo was that is he had weird type of demor about his self sassy was just sez crazed women trying to work on her marriage and poor Eddie was just lost and going Thur a mid life crises this was a excellent read and I would recommend it to my friend I look forward to reading many more books by this author keep up the work
I just finished the wrong husband I enjoyed the story was a lil slow getting into it at 1st.I have read a lot of books by b.m Hardin and would like to read something different from her all the books I read are about side chicks, cheating woman/men,Infidelity all the same plot Now All her books be good just need a different story line. Will be reading part 2 to see how this ends. And will continue to read her upcoming books just want her to write about something else at times.
This was another gratifying banger by BM Hardin! Page after page, the drama kept me reading & I was finished in a few hours! Characters, content & storyline held my interest. Although this story touched on a serious subject, the way it was presented- I must say was quite amusing! Bring on part 2
I LOVED THIS STORY! It had dramatic twists and turns and an amazing storyline. I found myself disappointed in Sassi, bored with Eddie, and curious about Polo. I couldn't predict ANYTHING, and that made reading it so enjoyable!!! Bravo Ms. Hardin!!! I'm impressed. (**And looking forward to reading the sequel**)
This was my first read by the author and it will not be the last. The story kept you intrigued wondering what will happen next. I didn't know if I felt sorry for the husband or the best friend and as the story unfolds with its twist and turns you might change your views all together towards them. Sassi needs a time out, church and maybe even some alone time to find herself. Her mom did give her some good advice "The grass ain't always greener on the other side." The ending left me on edge with my mouth hanging wide open, I can't wait for book 2. I would highly recommend this book to anyone looking for a awesome book and page turner. Kudos to Author B.M. Hardin
All I can say is wow!! Started slow, tried to give up but hung in there & so glad I did. This book had me on a rollercoaster, up, down & left me at a high. Sassi upset me when she let Polo in her private space but really upset me when she kept going back to Polo. This book got me & couldn't put it down. Just wish it was a complete story but now I anxiously wait for part 2, what a cliffhanger B.M Hardin!!!
Omg BM girl this book was all that and some. I just knew that Micki and Polo had history and something was up. I can't wait for part 2, damn who can Sassi trust? This book had me all in my feelings and I need part 2 asap, this book is defiantly a Must read. A 10 star banger, girl your books keep getting better and better.
Ok let's just say BM knows how to get you all worked up & excited about reading her books only to rear you in to drop the okie dokie on you. Yes the author aims to please and she did just that again. Great reAd and I can't wait for part 2. Thanks BM Hardin!
This was a decent read; however, the editing issues were hard to ignore. This book was filled with drama and many secrets. I will be reading the next book to see what comes next. I just hope that the editing will be much better
I loved this book ! A lot of twist and turns! Straight page turner ! I just want to read a book from beginning to ending without it being a sequel or trilogy
man this book was so good!! There were so many secrets in this book. Betrayal among best friends, wow I Dont need them lol. You don't know who to believe in this book. Definitely waiting on part 2
This book left me with questions like, who the hell is Vanessa? Why would Micki not tell her best friend? Is it love or lust with Polo? Why did she ever marry Eddie?
