It's a nice book on feedback - I especially liked the focus on communication in the workplace. The information it gives seems a bit basic to me and it's not very long and detailled. Good starting point for when you want to learn more on the subject.

It is more a 3.6 book then a 4.0
Still all in all was a nice read and a good short summary of what Feedback is about.
