Am starting a team business improvement effort at work. When I found this book I couldn't believe it - there's no fluff and it gets right to the point on how and why to do what. Basically if you follow the checklist you will end up solving problems with your team. All of the other books I looked at had a lot of filler that no one wanted to wade through to get to results.

Highly recommend for service and government teams of any size. Will purchase a book for every team member so everyone is on the same page. Results = Money.
