In this issue, SHEILD sends Captain America in to Providence to really get to know what goes on there. Cap finds that he likes the place and wishes everywhere was as peaceful as what Cable has created in this community. When Cable finally shows Cap that he knows who he is and that he let him think Cap was there undetected, they begin to fight. However, when Cable shows Cap his side of things and Cap understands. However, before Cap leaves, Cable lets him know that when the Thunderbolts invaded, they planted surveillance all through Avengers Tower and that Cable can deactivate them any time Cap asks him to...
