Well, I finished the book in 11 weeks. It wasn't bad at all. In fact, it was extremely informative. Though there were some spelling errors, I feel this book helped me immensely in preparing for the NC real estate exam. It definitely helped with the real estate class and test through Superior Real Estate school which was totally worth the money and time. If I have to take the test again to pass the class, then so be it. It won't be for any reason involving this book, apart from my own failure to grasp it all.
