Great Recipes!!

I have been listening to Heather's podcast for a while now so I was happy to buy her cook book! This is a great cook book if you are trying to incorporate more protein into your diet. The recipes look delicious and certainly prevent you from feeling deprived if you are trying to reduce your calories!!

Not what I expected

I don't think that I would like any of these recipes. I don't recommend this book to people on a protein diet.
