A really good read filled with colourful characters and mouthwatering descriptions of classic French Cuisine. As a lifelong Vancouverite and knowing the restaurant and its neighbourhood well, made this book particularly interesting; however its subject matter and the quality of the writing would make this book a good choice for a wide range of readers

A riotous funny tale of one man's journey into the world of restaurant ownership and management. A must-read for all would-be restauranteurs.
