Gangs

This book explores the gang phenomenon with respect to the core components of the criminal justice system justice: the police, the courts, and corrections (i.e., prisons/jails). Additionally, the book highlights the problem of gangs joining the military and gangs using the Internet and social media sites. At the end of each chapter, there are discussion questions to challenge the reader and web links to further review the
chapter material.
