By far the best book I have found on food for people with type 2 diabetes. Written in plain, easy to understand language, it lays out the research that has been done on a huge variety of foods. Rather than just lists of eat this and don't eat that, the reader is presented with unbiased information that doesn't push a specific diet. I finally feel like I am making the most informed decisions for helping my husband navigate through eating with diabetes.
