It has interesting insights, many of which however, will be known already by someone that has already a few agile projects behind their backs. Still some good points and ideas. Good thing that it is quite short as well.

This book contains a lot of real life stories about failing Agile implementations and some other successful stories. It's not suitable for learning Agile or Scrum from scratch.
If you're adopting Agile and believe it's not working for you, try reading this book. You might find out what's wrong and hints on how to fix it.
If you're an experienced agile coach or consultant, this book will give you plenty of stories that you can use to guide your teams and avoid common pitfalls.
