Really good advice, if a little long-windedly delivered. Best read with a pinch of salt about the author’s opinions on psychodynamic therapies.

A guide to coping with depression.

There were a few good points in this book, but it was long winded (which will be a real issue if you are depressed) and I didn't feel that it proved any real solid / practical advice.

Reading time around four hours.
