An overall solid book. Some of the business development strategies are a bit outdated, but most of the the core business principles discussed in the book are timeless. I will probably come back to reread certain chapters in the future. I would only recommend this book to someone who works in a professional services industry.

Nice read. Great refresher course. Would be nice it there were electronic versions of the forms and exercises that the book includes.

So far, so good. It's designed well (information design) and has easy-to-follow steps. It is written primarily from a professional services perspective, which is what I needed.
