This book is a collection of chapters written by different authors, lending itself to a haphazard group of opinions on what coaching is and can do. Umidi and Stoltzfus have significant coach training businesses, and their chapters tend to promote their organization's training (without really explaining the nuts and bolts of it) and describe their philosophy about it.

I'd pass on this book. It doesn't give you much more than a philosophy of coaching and why transformation is important.
