Some of the poems were quite beautiful, while others didn't really stand out. I will say though they were all better in Spanish. Not all the English translations did the language justice.

There were a couple of pieces that really stood out but other than that, they just felt like words to me. However, both the artworks are amazing and I truly love her reasoning behind her work and dedications. I do think she should write a novel though, her longer pieces of scenarios and events were really great!

Pros:
Poems in English + Spanish

Cons:
I didn’t like how some of the poems were spread out
Also didn’t like the second font at the end of some poems, it was hard to read

I still remember seeing this book in Barnes and Noble and completely falling in love with it at first sight. It has been the only book I've ever bought at full price and I don't regret it.

The poems in this book really entered my heart in ways that others have not been able too. When I read them again, I think back to the elusive love that was in my life when I read the book for the first time.

This book is perfect for those of us who love poetry, the lovers of love, and even of those loves that don't stay with us.

Not as great as the first one. but her writing always takes me to think about past loves. it's a very short read especially since everything in the book is duplicated in Spanish also. But I'm glad I got it to keep forever.

I loved it! She added little "stories" in between each chapter and they all seemed so relatable to me, as they dealt with love and love lost.

It's okay

I liked the first book better. This book seems rushed and scattered compared to the first one. Some parts really stuck out to me. Hope her third book is better.
