Praise for Diamond …
“USA Today best-selling author Taylor Lee does it again! Diamond is the 4th book in Lee’s provocative new series, Ladies of the Night.
“Riley Davis, Code Name: Diamond, founded Ladies of the Night after she was fired by the third off the grid security firm for not being a “team player”. Riley filled her company with women like herself—former military hotshots who were tired of being dismissed by their male counterparts because of their beauty and independence. “
“The Ladies are covert agents in a highly secret, off the grid security organization. Highly trained fighters, they’re as gorgeous as they are dangerous. The only thing these formidable women are NOT is “ladies.”
• Partnering with the elegantly sexy Col. Ross on a covert operation, Diamond finds herself plunged into the cesspool of Washington Politics at the highest levels.

• When their client turns out to be the #1 suspect in the murder of the man running against him for the U.S. Senate, the two agents are caught in an untenable situation.

• A situation almost as conflicted as the one that has been brewing between Diamond and her attractive investor.

• In a deadly mix of murder, lust and politics, Diamond finds herself faced with losing her company or her heart—or both.

Diamond is the fourth and final book in the Ladies of the Night ("LOTN") series by Taylor Lee. This is the story of Diamond and Ian, whose sexual tension has been building since Sapphire, Book 1 of the LOTN Collection. When Ian finally asks Diamond to partner with him, we finally see Ian for the domineering SOB that he is. Surprisingly enough, we discover that Diamond's bada*s persona may just be a cover. As Ian tries to breakthrough Diamond's tough as nails exterior, we find Senator Walker embroiled in a political scandal that has the potential to bring the ball-busting, egotistical man crumbling down.

Diamond has it all; hot, steamy sex scenes, political scandal, romance, suspense, murder, prostitution, etc... Taylor Lee finishes the LOTN collection with a 5 star winner that knocks it out of this park! I'm going to miss this series, but can't wait to see what this phenomenal author has in store for us next.

5 stars This is an excellent contemporary romance. We met Diamond and Ian in book 1 of this series. Both of them are strong commanders with equally strong employees. Ian is the head of a mostly all male security company. Diamond was also in the military but had difficulty following orders when working for others so she approached Ian to invest in her and her new business. In each of the other three books we got the background on what drives the female agents that work for Diamond. I don't recall ever finding out why Diamond feels the way she does. That's the only thing I found missing in this book. Ian tends to take command and knock Diamond down some but she is a strong, smart warrior. The book contains action, intrigue, suspense and political turmoil. I loved this series and am sad it's come to an end. I look forward to reading more of Ms Lee's books in the future. I received a free copy of this book from the author solely for an honest opinion.

I have been waiting for Diamond's and Ian's story since seeing there interaction in the first book! This was soo good!! I absolutely loved it and loved getting to see more of these characters. Diamond and Ian's relationship has been changing just a little bit and Diamond is not sure what to do or what to make of it. Ian has gotten more teasing and demanding with her. He then asks her to partner with him, as his fake lover, to help out Senator Walker who has been receiving threatening emails and then becomes a murder suspect very quickly.
Diamond and Ian's interactions were not quite what I was expecting from reading the other books in the series, not bad just different. Diamond has been thrown off her game and Ian refuses to be denied. We get to see the fragile Diamond which of course is hidden in the previous books. It makes her a more complex character and one not expected. Ian and Diamond have a lot of miscommunication in this story and because of their volatile tempers neither are super great at fixing them lol. I did enjoy the interactions between them and especially between Diamond and Ruby. I loved getting to see them get closer to each other. Diamond is not such a hard ass in this book, though she tries to be. Ian just throws her off her game and doesn't really let her. I do wish that we had gotten to see them work through more of the issues at the end of the book but it didn't really detract from the story for me. I love these characters and all the characters that Taylor Lee writes. If you like her stories you will definitely not be disappointed in this one.

I received a copy of this book in return for leaving an honest review.
This is the book I've been waiting for. Sapphire, Ruby, and Topaz all lead up to this book. The tension, sexual and otherwise, in all three of the pervious books in this series between Diamond and Ian was so thick you could cut it with a knife. But once the two agents are on an assignment together...which the premises for Ian totally messes up...that tension goes through the roof. Caution though, this book is hot enough to leave burns...and that is just beyond fantastic. I really loved the political aspect of this book. And while enjoying the story and the fallout from that I really want to more of how things shaped up once the dust settled. With that said though, this story was perfection, it was everything and more that I hoped Diamond and Ian's story would be. For some reason I imagined Senator Walker as Papa Pope aka Oliva's dad from Scandle...though the theme of this book fits nicely with that. I really....Really hope this isn't the end for the Ladies of the Night. While each of the stories wrapped up nicely I'm just a greedy reader and I'm definitely not ready to say goodbye to this hot and edge of your seat series.

Colonel Riley Davis also known by her code name Diamond, runs a very exclusive security agency called Ladies Of The Night ( L.O.T.N.) All her agents are like her, beautiful, extremely well trained and dangerous. Diamond got funding to start her company from Colonel Ian Ross, he also owns a security company. They often have to use agents from both companies to work together. That has resulted in three of her Ladies finding love with his men.
This time when Ian needs female agent to work with him, he insists on her. The job involves someone near and dear to one of his agents. The undercover role he wants her to play will bring emotions to the boil.
This is an exciting and very fast paced story. How Diamond didn't hit Ian round his arrogant head with a two by four, I don't know. He certainly deserved it. For such a brave and capable woman Diamond is very insecure in her personal life. There are some very HOT sex scenes, and a murder to solve. I have read every one of this series and loved them all.

So I'll admit that I'm a bit undecided on this book. I loved Diamond from the previous installments and couldn't wait to read her story! I still really like the character of Diamond, but she often came across as different than I expected. Like another reviewer mentioned, I expected her to put Ian in his place in certain scenes which didn't always happen. I also wanted more of Diamond's back story--I wanted to understand why she didn't always react with the strength and confidence that I had expected.

All of that being said, I did enjoy this story. It was nice to finally see Diamond and Ian come together as we all knew they would from book 1. I also enjoyed how Ruby and Noah were involved, and the controversy with the senator was interesting. I am glad to see that there will be a finale, as I am just not quite ready for this series to end!

I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Taylor Lee continues to deliver a riveting, sexy love story about the owner of LOTN and her partner, Ian. The fourth book in the Ladies of the Night was amazing to read and spell binding. Getting to know Diamond and experience one of her own missions while she is working for Ian was exciting to read. Seeing how Diamond is both strong, independent but vulnerable and inexperienced was a pleasant surprise. I love the journey Taylor Lee took us on while the leaders of the 2 security agencies explored their relationship. I cannot wait to read the next book in this series of kick ass women and the hot hot men these women fall for.

***I received an ARC of this book from the author for an honest review***
This is the book I've been waiting for since the beginning of the series and it did not disappoint. I definitely learned more about the mysterious relationship between Diamond, and even more just about Diamond herself. The LOTN series was on that while reading each book, I didn't want to put it down. Not only that, but when I finished each book, I was ready for the next. This series is binge worthy!

The very best of the series. I did not want to put it down, I did not want it to end. I've never been disappointed in anything Taylor Lee has written. The perfect amount of Suspense, Romance, Playful Banter, and Interaction between characters. I can not wait for the next one.

Definitely a great finale to the whole series. Both bosses come together on the last adventure to help Noah's father in troubled times. The arrogant Colonel finally makes a move but will it be reciprocated. Intense, heart warming ending to the LOTN series.
