Sergie the Wolf and Lindy the Shadow Walker.
I devoured this in one sitting. I have only read the first Shadow Walker book and I would recommend reading it before this one but it isn't necessary. It's just that the MCs from that book play a big part in this story too. I would also recommend reading at least one or two of the wolf stories too, but again, not necessary.
I loved the way CMB combined her two series in this story. It was action packed but with lots of romance and interesting characters. I'm not so sure I want to read the sister's book, but I probably will anyways. If anyone can redeem her, CMB can.
Lindy is helping out a military team in Siberia when she runs afoul of a traitor and is kidnapped. Just as she succumbs to the drugs, her heart mate bond connects with Sergie, who is half a world away. He doesn't even know her name but he is damned if he'll lose his mate before even meeting her!
Great story! Lots of secrets that are slowly revealed and many layers to the story.

Multiple plots and great characters

Lindy is a shadow walker, working in Moscow to uncover a potential traitor in the military ranks. She runs into some trouble and is severely hurt. Her pain and fear snaps a mating bond in place. But her mate, Sergei, is in Siberia and does not know where his new mate is. Nor has he even met her yet. Sergei is a lycan, and is desperate to save his mate. This was a wonderful story of a desperate wolf shifter trying to locate his mate, get to her as quickly as possible even though he is thousands of miles away from her, and protect her from the bad guys. At the same time Lyndy's shadow walker family in the USA are also fighting time to get to her. Their worlds are about to collide. The story is full of action, adventure, treachery, and new romance. But the author gives us way more than this plot, there is a subplot that is just as good if not better. Terrific book.

I really loved this book however I couldn't bring myself to rate it any higher than three stars. The ending left me hanging because of the unfinished story between Gwen and Sergei brother. I need closure and perhaps they are getting their own book. Also with so many wolves leaving the Siberian pack how can that pack stay strong?

It doesn't disappoint!

The story is one that you can't put down. People travel all over the world. The principal characters live up to the challenges that keep coming. I couldn't put the book down.

Wonderful addition to the series

I adored Lindy and Sergei, such a great couple, willing to do anything for each other. The story was romantic, with some suspense, adventure, and kick butt action.

Shadow Mate (The Siberian Volkov Pack Romance Book 11)

The cross over between these two storylines is a great idea, the bringing together of these two storylines was a brilliant idea. I can't wait for the next crossover story go,go,go Caryn
