She was educated at Badminton School and at Edinburgh University where she graduated with honours in English 1959.

Really enjoyed this. Writing easy to follow. I was having fun reading it. Quick easy read that hooked me in straight away. Has a few scary bits towards the end that had me tripping. Themes are time travel, haunted house, ghosts, and the new kid on the block.
