Beautiful photography that will catch young readers' eyes and turn them on to non-fiction. This book offers facts about the gray wolf's physical attributes, social behaviors, diet and habitat. Each spread consists of no more than 4 sentences of text, in large font, double spaced, against a white background, making it easier to read. The photography is detailed, sharp, and large! Each spread's photograph covers about a page and a quarter, providing the reader with plenty to look at and learn. This book also provides many and varied examples of text features, including table of contents, bold words, a glossary, and a code to unlock more activities on the web. The website is easy to access and navigate.
