Very shallow, full of things obvious even for not-at-all-savvy and not useful in the least. I'm glad I borrowed it instead of buying.

Nice for biggeners to understand how things work in the office. However, you have to learn more practical things to gain the edge in the work place.

I believe these concepts are not a theory to know. Its more like a set of skills that you either have or you don't.
