At a time when the planet was coming apart at the seams, with destruction and slaughter on an unprecedented scale, neither side was aware that creatures from another world walked among them, turning the deadly ground into a private game reserve . . . with soldiers as trophies. I just loved this 2 issues 1992 classic tale from Dan Barry and Dark Horse Comics founder Mike Richardson.

A visceral gore-fest totally nailing the sci-fi/horror trademark elements of Predator franchise with 'Nam veteran mercenaries finding carnage and mayhem in the Nicaraguan jungle and a long flashback with the Yautja hunting Franco-German soldiers heads in the Great War.

Just my most favourite one Predator comic-book ever and inks from Chris Warner, iconic artist of these series since first classic issues and the guy who first thought up the Alien vs. Predator concept, was a perfect cherry on cake for me.

A quick little two-part series read. I enjoyed this one and I enjoyed the artwork and everything but I'm not really one for wartime stuff and there is a lot of that in these comics. Still, was ok.

A little messy how it was told. And every character was unlikable. But watching predators hunt during a war is badass. Picking on the survivors to present a challenge is awesome. Wish had more focus on that. A 3.5 out of 5.
