Dexter doesn't just have killer instincts as a forensic blood spatter expert. He's also murdering bad guys in his spare time as Miami's hometown serial killer! The Dark Passenger, Dexter's razor sharp sixth sense, is going off the charts as bodies continue to drop in Miami! Detective Deborah Morgan's murder investigation leads Dexter and her to more questions and suspects.
Jeff Lindsay lives in Florida with his wife, author Hilary Hemingway, daughter of Leicester Hemingway, Ernest Hemingway's brother.

I had to give this one a 2. I can't really give any of these comics a rating above a 2 or 3 because they are just so short. Once you start to get into the story, the comic ends. In this edition, Dexter thinks that he knows who is committing the murders in Miami, but Deb has a different suspect in mind and Dexter is second guessing himself a little bit. This one has an exciting end and I am eager to read the next installment.
A good continuation to the series. Again, there isn't really any violence or gore, as with the movie or tv series. This issue didn't have much action, but it furthered the mystery plot line established in the first issue.
For most of the issue, it seemed as if the fire on the cover was just for show, but it ended up being a reference to what happens at the end of the issue.
