So many business/leadership/management books aren't actually serious books but resume builders for the writer's speaking schedule. This is, unfortunately, one of them.

I give it one more star than its ilk because it posed a question I haven't encountered elsewhere - how should unions respond to the modern world's requirement for agility in the workplace?

Required reading for transformative leaders in 2015/2016

The author succeeds in motivating change leaders to reconsider everything; it's a time to consider where we have been, where we are now, and what we can achieve. How we get there depends on how we engage and empower internal and external teammates, reward innovation and creativity and work smarter together.
