I've been reading Bianca James for a while now, and I have to say this is the best story yet! This was such a page turner that I could not put it down, as it had me hooked from the first few paragraphs. There's a lot going on in this story as soon as Cassie and Jack meet, with action, mystery and of course plenty of romance with a bit of tension thrown in and I enjoyed every page of the story. It just leaves you wanting to read on to find out what is going on on Big Bear Mountain and to see what happens between the two main characters. If you enjoy action, mystery, romance, and of course some sexy bear shifter, then I highly recommend this book. I hope there's more to come in this series!

I'm huge fan of Bianca's and love everything she writes. I don't usually read this genre of books but because of the way Bianca writes I can't get enough. This book had it all....suspense, a bit of mystery, action and of course steamy sex scenes. Can't wait for the next one!

Great read!

I enjoyed this book immensely, particularly the first meeting of
these two. I loved her smart mouth and her ability to pretty much take care of herself. Sheriff Raven wash awesome as well.

Excellent book and so much action and surprises. You will love it. This is the second book. Each can be read as . A standalone. So read them all. Bianca always has an exciting plot to follow.

It was a good book but the Male main characters name is Jack and the author referred to him as Jarrad multiple times. (Jarrad is the main character from the 1st book in the series)

No cliffhanger - bear shifter mystery romance book.

Kindle Unlimited standalone bear shifter book. She's there because her grandmother left her the house and land. All she has to do is what she's supposed to find out! He wants to keep her safe, he is the sheriff after all. But she's his mate, in danger, and has surprises both know and unknown....

3 1/2 stars - Jack Raven, bear shifter who was medically discharged from the military is now the Sheriff of Bear Mountain.

Cassie Hunter, P.I. has gone to Bear Mountain to fulfill her Grandma's stimulations to her will.

There is chemistry between these two though they get off to a rocky start.

This is a very short story.

Shifters

I have no idea how authors come up with their stories or how they live with everyone talking in their heads. Thank goodness they do for they give us readers books to loose ourselves in for hours. Well written stand alone book.
