I was enticed by the illustrations and the script of this book and really excited to start reading it. However, I was disappointed by the stories, as they just didn't seem to gel with my ideas of the Grand Olde Elf. Will still enjoying looking through it.

I have to start by saying the illustrations on this book are truly remarkable. So much detail in each page that brings the story to life. It's a wonderful book for children to learn how the tradition of Santa Claus came to be. The story is told by Santa Claus. So much detail explained through out the book. Santa Claus has become a huge tradition to every children in the world. The spirit of Christmas is still here after so many years. This book is a little longer than other childrens books.

Santa Claus: the book of secrets by Russell Ince
This is very well done and beautiful book all about Santa Claus. It tells us the secrets of Santa’s History, the North Pole, Christmas Letters, how reindeer fly, how Santa gets down the chimney and much more. I would recommend this book to all, both children and children at heart.

This book is truly magical from start to finish. It is beautifully written along with illustrations that compliment it. Even as an adult, it reminds me of the excitement and magical feeling of Christmas from when I was a child.
I remember both myself as a child and my own daughter asking many questions from how the reindeer fly, to how can Santa visit every child all over the world in one night? Whatever the question, chances are you'll find the answer in this book.
This is the history of how a kind and special man became Santa Claus and will most certainly keep that special spirt of Christmas alive for generations to come.
A beautiful book to read with children or if you're an adult who is a big kid at heart and loves Christmas.

I happen to be in the business of Christmas, spreading joy and wonder in the best of ways every season. As such, it's essential to read up on all things Santa and North. I was sent this gorgeous book by a colleague; the illustrations and presentation alone had me enamored.
However, without the intricately painted borders and overall presentation of this book, the writing itself is pretty basic....what everyone already thinks they know. In short, it was lacking in detail, personality and actual secrets.
Still, it holds the spark of hope for the powers of imagination to thrive in the midst of a technology-centered world.

These books are so beautiful, both the words and the illustrations are amazing and I can't think of a more fun thing to do than reading Santa's secrets and inside information aloud in this festive season. There are so many things you can learn about Santa and what happens at the North Pole all year round. These are beautiful new traditions for families to enjoy together.

Absolutely beautiful fairy tale book. The story is very appealing for parents to read to little ones, or just for themselves as I did. And the illustrations really turn the book into something very special.
