Train Your Brain by Christopher Michaels is an incredibly good book! A quick read but definitely something I will go back to over and over again. I have always had a terrible short term memory and have always had to rely on list and others reminding me when something important had to happen, and frankly I was sick of it. This book taught me to find the memory games that work for me instead of the memory games that are popular, and helped shed light on where my memory needs work and how I can build it up in a way that works for me specifically, as opposed to the generic memory games you're given as a child. That frankly didn't work a bit on me personally. I definitely recommend this book to anyone who has a problem with walking into a room and forgetting what you went in there for.

This was a good short read on explaining ways to train your mind. A lot of it mentions different games you can play to practice certain areas of your brain to improve. I did take some notes and hope to look some of them up. Who says it has to be work? The games could completely be fun! He also mentions seven ways of learning and how this book can help with ADHD/ADD and concentration. It cuts out all the extra working and is very bottom line. Can be read in one sitting.
