Good, straightforward exploration of how to have learning conversations with teachers. Not too shabby advice for the same kind of conversations in the classroom. For EDAD 692 Supervision of Instruction.

For such a small book it was so powerful! As a instructional coach it gave me a different way to view conversations and encouragement. I will be going back to this book often even thought I am not a supervisor

Excellent source of information for the beginning mentor. Lessons provide relevant information for the continued use of mentoring tools provided for support of mentees and mentors.
