Clementine is happy being the nerdy shadow to her glamorous, successful model sister. They’ve always been close but recently Georgie has drifted away. Clementine is willing to do anything to bring them close again, including a stint on the reality TV show The World Races. Maybe the challenge will bring them together and Clemmy can finally figure out what’s going on inside her twin’s head.
What she didn’t count on was Team One Percent and sexy, tattooed Swift. He’s tall, dark and handsome – and into nerds. But can she romance a guy while on a reality TV show with her sister? Worse yet, what happens when they get to the finish line?

Jill Myles has been an incurable romantic since childhood. She reads all the 'naughty parts' of books first, looks for a dirty joke in just about everything, and thinks to this day that the Little House on the Prairie books should have been steamier.
After devouring hundreds of paperback romances, mythology books, and archaeological tomes, she decided to write a few books of her own - stories with a wild adventure, sharp banter, and lots of super-sexy situations. She prefers her heroes alpha and half-dressed, her heroines witty, and she loves nothing more than watching them overcome adversity to fall into bed together.
For those who are coming late to the game and would like to get caught up with Clementine and her sister, Georgie Partnet Games will be available for purchase on Nov/30
Cute, Fun, somewhat light read(for the most part)! I liked hero and heroines relationship and her sister and his friends relationship.I wish for an epilogue though! safety : There is mention of rape and being manipulated into doing sexual favors for jobs.(not heroine).it's only mentioned.Totally safe otherwise. Heroine was a virgin. She only every made out alittle.no mention of hero's past .Only one thing was mention and that was why they call him Swift. Something about how when he had sex for the first time he blew his wad too fast. One pump chump.lol pretty funny actually. That's it no other man or woman drama! nothing! They use condoms!
I love Amazing Race so any twist with that in plotline has me intrigued.. Even though this is very fluffy, light and sweet book, there is a TW for mention of a rape of a side character.
This book was a solid addition to this series. I liked how the sisters worked together, was glad that they had that as Georgie was finally able to let her sister in on a secret she had been keeping. I loved how the sisters ended up teaming up with the bikers and how great a match the two were. I kept waiting for a big confrontation between the bikers and another team, sadly it didn't happen.
The ending to this one was great, just what everyone needed.
Cute, fun, really fun... But really, a 28 year old virgin? Who looks just like her supermodel sister? Except for a small weight difference? I can't really buy it..... No matter how shy she is
4.5 adorable LMAO stars. Love the snarky, smartass humor from this competitive cast of characters. The H/ h are some of my favorites thus far in this fun series. Hope JC keeps em coming.
The book was so cool. I love how the "love interests"/aka " one Percenter's, had their POV in the beginning of each chapter like contestant remarks. Clever. I wear glasses and what happens to glasses was worse than losing money but the author had me laughing with a monocle insider joke. The twins were dynamic dual. I think they are my favorite women main character of the decade. They had a really interesting dynamic being sisters and twins. Turns out Swift and Plate are good guys too. Getting through this book was a fun adventure!!!
In case anyone was wondering, although the author was sending this out as a weekly serial via her newsletter, it has now finished and will be published at the end of November. If y'all can't wait, the full story is up on Wattpad till the 1st of November!!!
Gotta say I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this series, Jill Myles, and I ABSOLUTELY ADORED Swift AND Plate *SWOON*
And just like that, it was over. I dont know, maybe its because of the many weeks and my (lack of) patience, I didnt like it like the previous game books. I didnt feel the heart of the author in this one. JC is one of my FAVORITE authors and I'll still read every one of her stories, partner games for me was one of the lessers.
So this is a book about two sisters (twins to be specific) one is a model super-famous and super-beautiful the other is a paleontologist with a phD wears square dorky glasses and mostly keeps to herself... well up until she meets sexy Swift on the "World races" game! This is a very nice "book" it's really enjoying but waiting for another week for the next chapter???? Nerve breaking!!!!
I did like this one for the concept and the romance. I felt like the tension and romance was really sweet. I could have done with a little bit more of a build up but I did like the couple together.
My main issue, that kept me from really enjoying it, was the huge bomb that the sister dropped about her being raped repeatedly and essentially being in a sex trafficking ring through her modeling agency. I’m not trying to be dramatic by throwing around the phrase “sex trafficking” because what she described fits the definition exactly. I am really disturbed that this was said and yet nothing was done about it; there was no talk of going to the authorities, no talk of suing the agency or at least man in charge, etc. The only real response was a childish “if I ever see him I’m going to punch him in the dick”….I mean really? Her twin sister tells her about these traumatic and life altering series of events that had not only happened to her but to all of the women signed at that agency, and yet nothing is said about taking legal action? I just couldn’t comprehend that or get over it. I mean this is such a serious thing that has happened and there was no talk of repercussions it really didn’t make sense to me.
Plus, nothing else was said about it beyond the MC losing her shit anytime a man would get near her sister, which again was so obnoxious and childish. I felt like the author really handled this horribly and just threw this plot point in (not even really a plot point since it was never brought up again or fleshed out) to have something tragic to explain away the sister’s odd behavior. It kind of ruined the overall reading experience for me because there was no way I could just forget about it, nor could I stop thinking at each new chapter “why isn’t it being brought up or at least plans or actions against the agency being talked about?”
I feel like if the above was handled differently I would have enjoyed this one much more. Oh, I also could have done without the constant and repetitive statement about Clementine being the nerdy ugly twin and everyone kid of confused that they are twins because they have different hair colors and one weighs like 10 pounds more than the other.
Another venture into “reality game shows” takes us back to “The World Races”. Clementine is not one to step outside of her quiet, nerdy little world, but she would do anything for her twin sister. Even subject herself to a game that is sure to drive her right out of her comfort zone. Worse yet Georgie hooks them up with a team of tattooed, scary looking bikers. As her sister gets cozy with one of the bikers, that leaves Clemmy to work with Swift. An opposites attract romance, learning not to be too judgmental about how someone looks on the outside, but to look deeper and find everything good on the inside. A cute, quick read. A fun series, if you like a quirky take on reality show hook ups.
Partner Games is the sixth book in the Games series. It can be read as a standalone book. Jenden and Annabelle make a reappearance in this book.
Clemmy (Clementine) and Gerogie are twins entered in the World Races. Georgie is a famous super model. Clemmy has a paleontology doctorate. Georgie is dealing with some abuse issues and Clemmy just wants to be there for her sister. Another team is Swift and Plate, two bikers, who take a liking to the girls. Both teams cooperate to get further ahead and get closer personally at the same time. Swift is determined to win so he can pay for his Dad's cancer treatment. Overall, a light and fun read with some serious moments thrown in the mix.
I like this series because it's unpredictable and keeps me on my toes.
It's another amazing race story but features a set of sisters (model and paleontologist) and a set of biker friends. Unlikely pairings but love prevails!
Jendan and Anabelle make an appearance, but are inconsequential. And we get to experience just how cut throat some of the players are.
I enjoyed this new addition to the games novels. It was fun and sexy. I enjoyed the difference challenges and the competition. I loved the relate between Swift and Clementine and Plate and Georgie. There were a few intense parts, like when Georgie tells Clementine what's bothering her and when Swift breaks down think he's lost. The competition between the team's was interesting and kept you involved and enthralled. Great book!
I thought the idea of finding love on a reality show was a silly idea. I was wrong. The series was funny, romantic and exciting. The different and unique couples experiences made this series unable to put down. I stopped my household chores on standby while I read them. This book especially was exciting and the two couples are so interesting that I would really like to read more about them. Loved loved loved this whole series.
If Clementine, Georgie, Plate, & Swift don’t get their reality tv show flipping houses on HGTV while Clementine gives us commentary about the Devonian Era then I will join Brothers of Chrome and will riot.
I really liked Swift and Clem, Georgie and plate were adorable, but the competition just seemed so rigged against Clem compared to book 2 with Katy and Liam. Made me like this book a little less. Overall a good series tho.
So this was my least favorite in the series but overall, I really enjoyed this series of reality tv themed romance novels. Didn't love this one but I would recommend all of the others.
Heroine is nerd with hot model twin sister who has issues. Hero is half of a “bad boy” team. They basically end up allies from the start. Turns out Heroine’s sister was assaulted as a model and trying to recover. Hero and Heroine get together without much issue. Issue comes after race and they go back to different cities. Hero ends up moving to be closer to Heroine and they end up together. The end.
