Like all of the dtv-atlases I have read to date, Hermann Kinder et al's dtv-Atlas Weltgeschichte: von der Anfängen bis zur Gegenwart, which is basically a reference lexicon on world history, presents itself as informative, enlightening and also and definitely both academically and textually dense (although that I personally do find the presented text for dtv-Atlas Weltgeschichte : von den Anfängen bis zur Gegenwart both readable and engaging, even enjoyable, and actually not even all that overly and problematically convoluted, there is just quite a lot of it).

Now that being all said, the printed words, the narrative of dtv-Atlas Weltgeschichte: Von den Anfængen bis zur Gegenwart they are (once again) featured in and with extremely small and narrow fonts. And while I do realise this more than likely is the nature of the proverbial beast, for to keep the format as a handy, portable paperback, the fonts would need to be minuscule by simple necessity in order to be able to incoroprate the massive amounts of historical information and details available and necessary. However, rereading dtv-Atlas Weltgeschichte: Von den Anfängen bis zur Gegenwart now, after having just received much stronger reading glasses, well this was certainly and definitely not all that much of an unmitigated pleasure (I even had to use a magnifying glass at times, which fact was not only annoying but also rather disheartening and depressing). Still highly recommended, albeit with the caveat that fluency in German (in academic German) is an absolute necessity (and to keep one's reading glasses ready or at least easily available).

الكتاب جميل جدا ويستحق الاقتناء الا انه ربما يعبه (عند البعض) صغر الخط المكتوب به المادة كون المعلومات الواردة بالكتاب كثيرة جدا حيث يبدأ السرد المعلوماتي من حقب ما قبل التاريخ انتهاء بعصرنا الحالي

الكتاب لا بأس به من حيث المعلومات لكنه متعب في القراءة ككتاب لورود تلك المعلومات بشكل جاف نوعا ما قد تكون بسبب الترجمة أو بسبب الترتيب.
أعتقد أنه كان يمكن تسهيل استيعاب المعلومات لو تم وضع الإسم الإنجليزي ( الأجنبي ) بجانب العربي.
هو مفيد كمرجع للحصول على صورة عامة مجملة عن تاريخ العالم منذ القديم حتى بداية التسعينات أو الحصول على نقاط رئيسية في تسلسل التاريخ العالمي.

الكتاب جميل وسهل ومنظم ومرتب وشغل محترم ودسم مليئ بالمعلومات واهم ميزه له هي الخرائط والصور التوضيحيه الي اختصرت علي اشياء كثيره ، ولكن مايعيبه هو انه لم يعطي الفتوحات الاسلامية حقها لكونها اعظم الحملات عسكرية على وجه الاطلاق والتي تأثيرها مستمر حتى يومنا هذا ومن الصعب تغيرها واعادتها لما قبل الفتوحات عكس حملات الاسكندر الاكبر والمغول ونابليون التي توسعت في مئات الاميال ثم عاد كل شي قبل فتوحاتهم وكانها لم تحدث اما الفتوحات الاسلامية فتوسعت اكثر منهم و بستثناء الاندلس ودول البلقان لازالت قائمه بعد فتحها منذ عهد الخلفاء الراشدين حتى الدولة العثمانية ولم تتغير حتى يومنا هذا وتأتي عظمة الفتوحات الاسلامية كونها حققت اهدافها وهي نشر الاسلام فيكفيها انها اسقطت اعرق الامبرطوريات والحضارت عبر التاريخ وهي الفارسية والرومانية الى الابد ، وللاسف مؤلفوا الكتاب لم يعطوها حقها فقد ركزوا كثيرا على غزوات نابليون والمغول رغم انها الفتوحات الاسلامية اعظم منهم جميعا وهذا شي ملموس وواضح وغير قابل للنقاش ، لكن على كل الحال الكتاب رائع وانصح باقتنائه وهو من الكتب المسحيل الذي تندم على شراءه 👍 10/10

الكتاب فيه تفاصيل ما تلقاها في كتب تتناول نفس الموضوع حرفياً يذكر لك تاريخ اوروبا وآسيا وعن الدول الاسلاميه بشكل مختصر لكن المشكلة الكبيره فيه ان مترجم الكتاب للعربية للأسف لم يوفق في ترجمة الكتاب الكتاب من ناحية الترجمة جداً سيء يعني ضع في بالك انك لن تفهم بعض النقاط المهمه

Excepcional. TODOS los mapas y esquemas son a color y muy detallados con símbolos. Abarca muchas partes del mundo, muchas épocas y el grueso de las civilizaciones. Tiene cronologías muy detalladas y también breves explicaciones de contexto.

c'è di meglio, ma non per quanto riguarda la possibilità di risolvere, nel cuore della notte, il dubbio angoscioso sulla data di incoronazione di Maria la Sanguinaria o sulla localizzazione della Masovia all'epoca della invasione da parte di Pietro I Romanov..
