Nothing earth shattering but some great reminders, word tracks and tactics that will help multi-line salesman have more success. Im a talker and this book gave me a good beating on remembering to ask more questions rather than focusing on having a great presentation. Very quick read so worth the time.

Excellent! Great guide for beginners and for those who have been in the business for awhile. Most people are under the delusion that their clients are looking for the smartest, most articulate sales rep, when in fact, the key to connecting better (and making more sales) is not a big mouth, but a listening ear and an empathetic attitude.

It's a pretty simple lesson most of us have already heard but is still often most neglected. I highly recommend this!

Basic but good

Good for new agents! As a beginner you will definitely learn some techniques. Also good for seasoned agents as a refresher

Very good and helpful information

I would recommend this book to all insurance skill levels and experience.
I plan on reading over and over again
