I liked the plans and they are usable for building. There are many beautiful photos to show what they look like. Most are for the portable, towable variety but some are meant to be put on land. There are many ideas for minimal footings [you can put tiny houses made of shipping containers on the smallest, uneven lot] and a few you can build on a foundation. A good read!

The best part was the section on reasons not to use a tiny house. The plans are very cursory. Overall, a decent Introduction to taking tiny house living seriously.

Is there a Tiny House for You?
A food info starter book if you are looking to downsize. I was disappointed there were so few colored pictures! If you are wondering about tiny houses,this could be a good place to start.

Small house book, not a tiny house book. There are not any plans, there are only just renderings. Not recommended.
