Straight Guys: Eleven Gay Romance Novellas by Steve Milton

M/M interludes
I was given this book for an honest review by Inked Rainbow Reads.
This book is full of exactly what the title advertises. Straight guys figuring out that they might not be so straight. There are no hidden agendas, no angsty stories - these are just straight up sexual encounters of the M/M variety. Because this delivers exactly what it says, I gave it 4 stars, however, the stories themselves were not great.
Camboys (No homo) was my favorite story - I think it was most story like for me. I enjoyed the chemistry between the characters and even liked the Camboys II story that followed.
Otherwise, these were somewhat steamy, but ho-hum in the actual story department. The last one was almost downright abusive in nature for some and I just couldn't really get on board with that one.

So this for me was between a 3 and 4.. it honestly didn't have much of a storyline to many of the stories which i'm more of a fan of.. however the sex scenes were very hott which was amazing as always.. my favorite stories were camboys and ohio full monty.. the writing was good don't get me wrong.. i just like more then only sex if that makes sense.. however i am very glad i got to review this one because it was entertaining to read

Wonderful book. I usually avoid anthologies because they are over before you feel you know the characters. This book was great and the stories kept me entertained. Steve Milton was a new author for me so I will search for more of his books.

Interesting
I found this book of novellas interesting and somewhat enjoyable. The many mixed stories and characters were sometimes entertaining. This is the first time I have read a book by this author.

This is 11 short stories of guys either experimenting with other guys, or figuring out they're gay and finally acting on it. They were pretty hot, but most of them were barely a step up from PWP.
A few are true GFY stories that end in HEA, and those were my favorites (What We Did in Bangkok, Ohio Full Monty, and Cuban Vacation). I also enjoyed Extra Hot Latte and the two Camboys stories that featured a closeted MC and two college guys figuring out their sexuality, both of which ended in HEAs.
I will admit I skipped the last two because I was getting a little bored and they didn't interest me, particularly since the last story involves humiliation and non-consensual situations. The fact that I felt it was a little too long and there were some editing issues is why I rated it only 3 stars.
Received copy for review from author.

Pleasantly surprised by this one. Some of the stories were a little overly saccharine but on the whole it was a good set of romance novellas.
