I started writing gay love stories in 2003 after meeting over 3,000 gay men on line who educated me to the plight of the LGBT community in America.
I’ve been told that because I believe gays can be Christian I’m going to Hell – well, I’d rather be there with my gay friends than in Heaven with some of the people who judge them.

No one likes starting over, but after Kevin loses his job and his boyfriend, he and his cat Josie have no choice but to go home after 10 years.
Moving back in isn’t going to be easy with a grandma who hates indoor pets and is determined to turn Kevin straight, but finding out that his teenage crush is now single suddenly makes it seem easier.
HIS TEENAGE CRUSH IS NOW SINGLE
A chance encounter at a local bar puts Kevin face to face with his crush, Chris. Can this chance meeting reignite an old spark in Chris that could lead to a flame between these two?
This book was a cute story and shows that you really can find love when you’re not looking for it. I also liked how the author let us read exactly what the character was thinking, or talking to themselves about. We all talk to ourselves whether it’s out loud or in our heads, and it was interesting to see that in the story.
FIND LOVE WHEN YOU’RE NOT LOOKING FOR IT
It was nice to see that the family was so accepting of Kevin, and the grandmother was comical but the type of person that would be in someone’s family even today.
The pace of the story was pretty good and didn’t seem to be too rushed for a short story. There was a part of the story at the end that seemed to be rushed, but that could depend on the people involved to how quick this comes (no spoilers).
If you’re looking for a short Christmas story about second chances, then this is your story.

Old Spark is a cute short story about finding love after difficult times.
Kevin had to move home again after losing his job and breaking up with his boyfriend.
Chris is coming back to town after tragedy struck his life.
They see each other after many years and the sparks Kevin had from afar came to life.
Together they embark on a project that ties them to each other.
