Chas's Fervor

Rate this book
The first time Chas saw his son's teacher, he wanted her in his bed. Now.

Chas, the hardened, tattooed member of the Insurgents Motorcycle Club, has sworn off women since his divorce left him bitter and jaded. The last thing he wants to do is settle down with another old lady.

His relationships now are easy and free--exactly the way he likes it.

Until he meets curvaceous Addie. The sexy redhead whose eyes set him on fire.

He has to have her between his sheets.
And he knows she wants him. Eyes don't lie.

Addie O'Leary has lusted after her student's dad ever since she saw him.

She has guarded her heart and her life for the last two years. Now Chas, the tattooed, dirty-mouthed, rugged outlaw biker threatens to tear down all her barriers.

Always loving the bad boy, Chas is a dangerous badass with an attitude and an outlaw MC. His charming smile pulls at Addie's heart and his chiseled chest makes her body overheat.

Carrying around a deep, dark secret, Addie is afraid her past will destroy her future. Chas seems to be her only hope for redemption. Will he be able to intervene before it's too late?

Chas knows Addie is hiding something. He makes it his mission to find out what it is, and, once he does, he'll claim her as his woman.

The Insurgents MC series are standalone romance novels. This is Chas and Addie's love story. This book contains violence, strong language, no cheating, and steamy sexual scenes. HEA. No cliffhangers! The book is intended for readers over the age of 18.

Chiah Wilder

Chiah Wilder writes about rough, sexy men who know how to treat their women.

Always a lover of books, she began writing at a young age and continued through college with collections of short stories. Figuring she had to grow up and get a “real” job, her writing was placed on the back burner.

Her love of reading has always been center front in her life. Chiah’s love of bad boys both in and out of fiction has inspired her books. She loves an alpha male whose softer side is brought out by a passionate, spirited woman. In fiction there are no rules or boundaries, and fantasies can go as far as the characters want to take them. Steamy, romances with tough, sexy bad boys are her guilty pleasure along with brownies, cheddar cheese, and movie marathons.

Chiah Wilder has surpassed her own capabilities with this 3rd instalment in the Insurgents MC series. I was highly anticipating a parent-teacher romance, and I was simply blown away by the intensity of the story. A well written novel, with developed characters, a dark and scary plot, interspersed with steamy, off the charts sex. The impact of the sex scenes are panty dripping and stunningly arousing.

Ms. Wilder starts off us with Lizzie Quinn witnessing a murder. A murder committed by her very own husband. A man she believed was the CEO of a company. However, it turns out, his riches comes from being a highly paid assassin to the rich and powerful.

On this discovery Lizzie knows she must escape. Finding out her husband is an assassin is one thing, but actually witnessing a murder. This means that there is a possibility, that he will need to tie up loose ends. Lizzie may very well become dead, in the foreseeable future. The need to protect herself, leads Lizzie into going underground. On the run, now two years later, Lizzie settles in Pinewood Springs, Colorado. Her new alias is Addie O' Leary, a librarian and after school reading instructor.

Going underground was the hardest and most frightening decision Lizzie had to make. Always looking over her shoulder. In fear of being caught, and the repercussions of being an eye-witness, along with running for two years. Staying on top of her game, keeps Lizzie safe and aware of all possible outcomes. Creating her own slice of heaven in Pinewood Springs, has given Addie a renewed burst of vigor. Knowing she's being strong for herself, along with pursuing a passion for books, and teaching children and aiding their reading abilities.

At a student pick up, Addie meets Chas. Chas is Jack's father. A student she tutors in his reading. At the very first meeting, we're given an explosive attraction. One that both Chas and Addie can't deny. Chas wants her, the vivacious, voluptuous redhead, with the tight pencil skirt and the silk blouses. All that leaves too much to his imagination. And sends a not so discreet message to his nether regions. Chas can't help but notice the patience and love Addie has for Jack and the time she takes to help his reading abilities. Coupled, with the intense desire, and electric aura surrounding her.

Being a member of the Insurgents MC, and a man who likes his women easy with big titties. Chas can't seem to understand what draws him to Addie. Other than her sexy as sin, curvaceous body, and feisty attitude, she emits a calm and intense sense of protectiveness over him. Drawing him in, and making him yearn for more. This straight laced woman, is slowly devouring his soul, a dark piece at a time.

Chas is a serious bad ass. I loved him off the bat. This man has a way with words, that infuriates and pleasures you on impact. He's brutally honest, and had no problem staking him claim. Addie is different from his ex-wife. A drama induced, fake woman, who loves to spread her legs for anyone.

Being on the run for so long, and with the disillusionment of her marriage. Addie has learned to suppress her feminine urges. But after one meeting with Jack's father, the intense reaction she had to him was unnerving as much as it was welcomed. Yet, with him belonging to an outlaw club and with her, running from her own demons. Jack's father was not a favourable option.

Sometimes, overthinking things never gets you anywhere. Actions speak louder than words. And boy, did these two have actions. Loads and loads of erotic actions. That had me drooling and begging for more. I even wished I had a Chas in my bedroom.

As Addie and Chas gets to know the other, deciding on having a relationship, is laced with a bitter ex-wife, an outlaw life, Addie's own fears and inhibitions, along with taking Jack into consideration. Addie's secrets weigh heavily on her shoulders, as she continues to hide her true roots. Living a lie is becoming more and more difficult, as Addie and Chas's feelings starts slowly growing into more than simple desire.

Intermixing with their story, we get some flashes of Hawk and Cara, and Jax and Cherry, with baby Paisley. As much as Hawk and Cara are my favs! I believe, they've been over topped by Chas and Addie. I don;t know how Chiah Wilder does it. But she creates some kickass MC stories.

With Addie's secrets being revealed, anger, hurt and betrayal, takes Chas on an emotional rollercoaster that has him questioning who Addie truly is. Along with having to deal with another chapter of the Insurgents, that has gone rogue. The Insurgents's enemies are lingering and lurking in the dark. Simply waiting to pounce and destroy them one Insurgent at a time.

Sigh...Love, love, loved this story. These two were perfectly paired. Mostly, Ciah must be congratulated on making Addie a size 18 model. I absolutely loved the portrayal of Addie. She was intelligent, patient and sexy, all in a seductive package. Playing on her best attributes - boobs, bum, curves, and mostly her persona- was significantly impacting as a reader.

Chas...well he was simply to die for. Nothing and I mean nothing, could sway me from that man. Has any battles or wars been fought over a man?

Well done CW. I once again applaud you.

RISKING MY EMOTIONAL SANITY WAS FUCKING WORTH IT!!

If I loved Hawk's Property and Jax's Dillema as much as I loved ANY MC book, CHAS'S Fervor definitely become my new absolute favorite!! To be honest though, I wasn't sure what to expect from Chas's story but I was completely taken aback from how emotionally I connected with both him, Addie and both of their' side's of the story.

I will try to keep this spoiler free for those who haven't read the previous two (though I can't see how you aren't getting up an one-clicking those sexy biker's story.. GO!!).

When you meet someone for the first time, that one guy that slowly makes you have a blurred vision of everything but him? With tattoos and an undeniably badass vibe about him. An Insurgents MC member that knows exactly how to walk the ground like he owns it. Someone that you know from the first moment you see him, he might be a big mistake but cannot NOT take the risk with your mind... At least having him take over your thoughts is only the beginning..

I loved Chas from the very first sentence he uttered. I was literally head over heels. If you know me or at least my book preferences, bikers and tattooed creatures are at the very top. So judging one biker after the other will have my mind in picking up parts that I love but also parts about them that I'm not a huge fan of. With CHAS'S FERVOR? I was absolutely in love with every aspect. I couldn't believe how much I would love a third book in a series, lets just say it rarely happens.

Not getting enough of Chas's dirty talk, his sexiness, dominance, and everything in between that unintentionally made my mind go straight for the gutter.

However, what sealed the deal? Both Chas and Addie have a difficult story to tell, and an ever harder past to either run away from and forget or just deal with when it comes down to it... With Addie's past coming back to her, Chas is at a point were he knows she is his only salvation, his only woman, she is made for him in another sense of the word, BUT he starts to question who she is as soon as her secrets start to show up..

TRUST.

BETRAYAL.

LOVE.

PASSION.

ANGER.

POSSESSION.

ADDICTIVE.

SINFUL.

DARK.

ROMANTIC.

EMOTIONAL.

With their story we go on a journey that I don't think you will ever expect in what happens next.. It's a love story that has so much to give in that respect, but add to that the element of darkness, sexiness and all things twisted? You get one of my favorite books of the year - CHAS's FERVOR.

I loved this story from the title and holy hell of a book cover, to the very last past. It was simply, perfection of what an MC book should be.

My emotions were all over the place. Connecting with the characters was so easy that at one point I had to put the kindle down and smile. CHAS"S FERVOR made me realize why I do what I do, read, write and blog? That's not easy but when you find books that give you shivers almost as strongly as that new Adele song Hello? Yeah, you know the author has made it to your heart.. An emotional connection with fictional characters doesn't happen that often and when it does it better be the way the Insurgents MC is written.

Chiah Wilder, I couldn't thank you enough!! First creating Hawk, a guy that I think so far I've read about 5 times? Maybe 6? He became one of my top 5 MC guys.. Then we had Jax, which I am still trying to get over how much I cried and laughed both at the same time with his story. Now with Chas I can safely say that if the next MC book I read isn't as great, I can still smile and feel proud that I found such an amazing, dark and soulful story! So thank you for the ARC that will long stay in my mind and heart :)

Chas’s Fervor was the third book in Chiah Wilder’s Insurgent series.

Chas was a patched member and divorced dad of a son, Jack. He lived the typical MC life with the addition of his love and bond with his son. Addie was the local librarian that helped Jack improve his reading after school. The chemistry between Chas and Addie was immediate but Addie was determined not to cave to her bad boy attraction. We learned quickly she had already unknowingly been there and done that.

Wilder took us through a plot filled with suspense while simultaneously unraveling the details of both lives. It was primarily told from a double POV with additional POV’s strategically placed throughout.

In the end, it was quick, suspenseful and entertaining. Additionally, Wilder set the stage well for the next book in the series, Axe’s Fall.

Trope: heroine in peril
Angst: 😱😱😱
Smexy: 🔥🔥🔥

Such a great story! The whole series has been getting better and better, I'm glad I stuck with it and didn't let the MMCs over the top personalities/behaviors keep me from continuing. The storyline is great, fast paced with the perfect amount of action and suspense. The chemistry between the two MCs is super hot and their smexy times 🔥🔥🔥. Really looking forward to Axe's book, he's so super obnoxious, lol

THOUGHTS...

I think my GR friends that read biker books wouldn't think their time is wasted with this one and it's a Kindle Unlimited right now, or 99¢ (as of this date). I'm surprised there aren't more reviews for it.

Really pretty good! I liked the plot, the action, the H and h. The bad guys are really bad.

The size of the *short*, bbw (size 18) h seemed too extreme for the lust she supposedly generated from all of those hot guys, but what the hell... romance fantasy. Not saying this as a skinny woman being catty, because I'm no lightweight either and I found it incredulous... minus 1 star for not being more realistic, like size 14 or even (mmmmm...maybe) exceptionally well-packaged and tight 16. Size 18 is really big even on tall 5'8" ladies like me.... it isn't 'curvy', not a little plump, it's fat, ok?

No typos that I noticed, which is really a joy!

There is a little too much rumination for my taste on the part of the H. Not wild about the name Chas for a biker (sort of effeminate, imho). All the other bikers have the usual badass names, like Steel, Axe, Bruiser, Snake - then there's Chas. Snore...

Overall, for a newish author, this book actually kept me engaged all the way through, other than skimming the smex scenes after the first couple, because after all the books I've read, they have to be incredible for me to read them anymore. There were very few boring parts.

I plan on buying the next book due in January, 2016.

BE FOREWARNED - YOUR MILEAGE MAY VARY

This isn't one of the grittiest biker books out there, but...

For those in these various safe groups who are wanting to know about these things in advance, there is physical & verbal domestic violence of the h, verbal child abuse, rape (gang and another attempted) and other physical abuse of females, some under-aged. There is group, public sex. Tiny bit of spanking, but not really BDSM. No cheating by the main characters after they meet, although the h is technically still legally married to another man she ran away from 2+ years previously (but that's technically still adultery, fyi). In short, it's an MC book with an active, stereotype clubhouse.

Chas’s Fervor (Insurgents MC 3)
Chiah Wilder
5 stars

Let me start by saying if you have not read the first two books in this series; Hawk’s Property and Jax’s Dilemma you are missing out. The covers are amazing alone. These are some of the best MC series books I have read. I love Jax and Hawk and I just knew nothing could sway me from them being my number one guys .. until Chas. Every book of Chiah’s is filled with emotion whether it be passion, anger, fear, betrayal, commitment, soul scorching heartbreak or all of them wrapped up in one big ka-boom. You cannot go wrong clicking up her stories.. Its raw and I love it …

Addie O Leary has a secret. She has been running for two years now constantly looking over her shoulder hoping that she is safe. However ending up in Pinewood Springs was the best thing that could have come out of her situation. Addie is doing what she loves and being around kids is the icing on the cake. Laying her eyes on Jack’s father … that has thrown a wrench in her stay simple life as she cannot be involved with a man like him .. ever. Much less he is a biker; a member of the Insurgents MC who would never want a curvy woman like herself. Those feelings have been turned off in her for a long time anyway and she needs to dunk her head in a bucket of ice water just from the first greeting. Addie knows her situation cannot take that type of distraction. No one can know anything about her other than what they see on the outside.

Chas feels like he has hit a brick wall – who is the redhead and why is that he is drawn to this sassy and straight laced woman. The lady he met when picking up Jack is something else; completely different from his ex; this woman has everything he wants and nothing that he would has grown tired of. But .. Something is going on with her .. something isn’t right and Chas intends on finding out what. However first he has to figure out why he cant push her from his thoughts; thoughts that are not sugar and spice and everything nice.

Then there is Jack ... being a teacher, my heart broke for him within the first few pages of meeting him. Chas only grew a million times larger than life for loving his boy the way he does. Sigh ... A good father and the love he shows for his child is just heaven.

Chas and Addie are both such strong characters and you know I love the fact that Addie is a real woman. I LOVE the fact that she is curvy and not written to be the next Vicky Secret model. Those messages in book for women are so important these days. Both characters have difficult past to say the least but Addie is an entire new ballgame. Having Chas in her corner at the time she needs it the most is a bonus for sure! ERRGGGH! No spoilers but dang! Nail bitter and drama.

You need to punch on READ NOW if you want to know about the characters who pop up throughout the story. I loved hearing about my peeps! You can never get enough once you are consumed by a series and wish to roll yourself right up to that MC and say hey how can I get in. LOL! It means something when a reader can connect themselves to a story and the characters that lie on the pages. You always want to feel like you could actually see these folks walking around in your neck of the woods. Of course there are bits and pieces to every story that is a not going to happen but I think you get my drift here.

Chas and Addie are two more in this family that you are going to want to know more about as the series continues. Im even thinking with some of the couples having babies . . . we should eventually get stories from the kids when they are grown!

Chiah you are brilliant. You keep me turning the pages as fast as I can and Im anxious for the next and the next and the next. Review to post to Ramblings From Beneath The Sheets.

Chas’s Fervor is the third book in Chiah Wilder’s Insurgents Motorcycle Club and it does not disappoint. I actually just finished book 2 a few weeks prior and was excited to remember that I signed up to review the third book. I personally enjoyed this book more than the last book I read. For me I think I just loved the characters more and could relate to the female character more than I was able to in the last book. With that being said let me give you a little breakdown of this book.

Chas has sworn off any type of relationship with women since his bitter divorce with his ex-wife. His ex-wife makes me want to throat punch her anytime she appears in the story. Once you read this book you will totally understand and probably want to get in line behind me to do you own punching. Besides having to deal with his ex-wife Chas shares custody with their son who he will do anything for. When his son has academic trouble at school and is placed in an after school reading program Chas’s ways of thinking that he will only use woman for pleasure quickly gets thrown out the window when he meets his son’s sexy librarian. Addie O’Leary with her gorgeous red hair, piercing eyes, and curvaceous body she doesn’t know or understand the sex appeal she gives off to men. The more Chas sees her, he wants nothing more than to get her in his bed, under his sheets and more importantly under him.

Addie has always been attracted to the “bad boy” type and despite telling herself that she needs to go with a safe good man she can’t seem to stop eyeing up one of her student’s father. Addie senses that Chas is a whole lot of trouble but for some reason her body and mind can’t walk away. Despite the fact that she knows she shouldn't get involved with a student’s father, Addie’s real concern is that the past she has been running from will catch up to her. Will Addie’s past catch up to her before she has a chance to come clean to Chas or will Chas be able to chase the past and demons away from Addie and find the happiness both never though they could get.

I am so happy that I read this third book of the series. Chas and Addie are amazing characters, first as individuals and secondly as a couple. From the very beginning you can just tell how much Chas has loyalty to the club and to his son. He will do anything in his power to help his son and his MC family. I love the loyalty that he has and the fact that no matter how bad the relationship with his ex-wife gets Chas never lets his son hear him speak ill of his mother. I think that speaks volumes when it comes to the character of a man. Addie loves her students and will do anything to help them achieve success. The first meeting between Chas and Addie you can just instantly feel the chemistry between them. As the story continues the chemistry between them only gets stronger as does their relationship. I loved how their relationship and trust between one another great naturally. I feel that this series keeps getting better and better with each book! I am anxiously awaiting the next book in this series.

After the first 2 books I wasn't sure I'd continue the series but I'm glad I gave this series another look.

I like Chas and Addie, hated the ex's and can't figure out why Matt was introduced as her friend then moved abruptly out of the picture. The whores and hood rats are boring and a bit too much drama but thankfully short blurbs of their efforts to lay claim to men that look at them as "holes" and the disrespect they show to the girlfriends is all I had to read about.

Why didn't Chas return to his son's friends house and teach the abusive father and drugged out mother a lesson? Honestly I was really disappointed with the fact he did nothing knowing what was going on

All in all I liked the book and will continue to the next book.

Chas is a single father with a young son who is part of a reading program, one taught by stunning librarian Addie O'Leary. Addie is not who Chas thinks she is, she is the same woman but she is also on the run from a man she thought she once trusted.

Chas knows nothing about dating, but wit Addie he is willing to try. There is something powerful in the works that is about to come crumbling down around them. Will Chas decides Addie is worth it?

This had several unexpected twists. Chas has swagger from the first page, he is a flirt and it puts Addie off guard. Addie is conflicted about trusting again and especially another bad boy. Very entertaining read.

Holy hotness. Chas is a sizzling hot naughty talking badass biker man. I wasn't sure how things would go with him having that not gonna settle down ever again burned by a woman attitude, but then here comes Addie into his life. She's his son's teacher and Chas is definitely hot for teacher. They are scorching hot together, but Addie's got a pretty big secret she's hiding. Telling him would put her back in danger, but she will have to trust him with everything before it is too late. I so loved their story and can't wait for more of this series.

I give Chas's Fervor 5 hearts!

Here we have Chas and Addie, I enjoyed this one. There is no cheating in this book. Addie was very likable, she was sweet, caring and smart. I liked Chas, he was more mature than what we are used to seeing in the previous two books. He has an eight year old son and takes being a father seriously, his son comes first. Chas and Addie have a good chemistry. So, why not a higher star rating? Again, I come back to the way the men treat women in the book. The way they treat women, I just can't get past it. No, this book isn't nearly as bad, but still, he is at the clubhouse getting "hard" from looking at the club girls and thinking he should sleep with them. And we get to see the love interests from the first two books, hanging around the club parties also getting "hard" from looking at these women, again, we should be proud they walked away before having sex, My question is why are they there, it's not club business they should be with the women they love. I just don't find it romantic. I loved Chas and Addie together, and these scenes at the clubhouse ruined that. And Addie lost some of my respect when she was at the clubhouse and saw what went on and was okay with it.

These boy's, they are not men, get "hard" at every single turn. Just the glimpse of a club girls behind hanging out of her shorts makes them "hard", I would hate to see these guys at the beach. The sex in these books is way over done, too much importance put on it. It's seems like a lot of filler material to me. And Banger for goodness sake, he has an eighteen year old daughter and sleeps with eighteen year old's, gross.

Overall, I could see this relationship working, but I am now reading the next book, which has Chas hanging out at the clubhouse, getting "hard" from watching the action. So, again this ruins any thought I might have of the relationship surviving. Bummer. Why the author thinks putting these guys in this position in the books is a good thing is beyond me. I also want to say that referring to a woman in her fifties as old lady, and having the lady say things like "These young people and their tattoos, not only shows the age of the writer, but the fact the writer must not know anyone that age.

Just a side note...many of these members really need anger management class. Geeze.

If you can get passed the vulgarness of the main character...this actually would be a decent story...only 25% in but better than the first two for sure.

I was impressed that Chas actually respected her enough not to keep pushing her sexually and said he would wait for her until she was ready.

So I'm really liking the plot of the story...I wasn't able to connect with Chas and was annoyed Addie wouldn't just tell Chas her history. Having said that, I did feel the chemistry between the two...I also adored Jack, Chas' son.

I liked the twist and turns along with the suspense...still feel the author is laying on the female disrespect a little too thick in my opinion.

Her continuing to not tell Chas the whole truth was very irritating for me...at the point he found out she was married she should have told him everything...that was just annoying for me and I really couldn't get on board with her character. If you love someone as much as she says she does then you dont lie or omit information as important as she did...could get Chas killed...some love...nope rather have her hate me if that is her definition of love.

This was a strange read for me...I couldn't connect with the characters but still didn't dislike this story.

outstanding story

I was looking for a good biker romance and I found it when I selected this one to try. I believe this is my first but not my last book that I will read from this author. It starts with a wife finding out some heartbreaking horrors about her husband and in fear of her life, she recreates her history and seeks a new area to find her peace. She meets a young boy and then his biker father. From then on, things happen as they find their HEA. It is a bumpy journey and a very intriguing read. I was fully investing in the characters and the story. I was never bored with this one. Highly recommend. HEA, no cheating by anyone who matters, and no cliffhanger.

Fantastic!
This one hit the mark for a fabulous biker/romantic suspense novel.
Chas the tough edgy brooding biker who took a spin on the marriage wheel and didn't like it and swore to never go back.
Addie, the quirky no nonsense librarian with a heart of gold who doesn't shy away from bad biker dudes.
Lots of twists and turns made this an exciting story to read and a few alarming surprises along the way. Gritty and sneaky self serving characters balance out all the mushiness in between. Well written and overall, a great story.

I love any book with kids in it! Chas being a biker and having a kid is hot!
Addie O'Leary is Chas's sons teacher and when they meet for the first time you can imagine seeing sparks fly.
I thought this was one of the better Insurgent novels that I've read so far and it's only the third lol.
I'm excited to read the rest!
Addie is hiding from her husband who was not the man she thought him to be. Her getting involved with a biker was the last thing she expected or wanted but her feelings overrun her instincts.
I love how in Ms. Wilder's stories there is always some action.

Happiness found

Addie has been in hiding for over two years, from a monster. In Pinewood Springs she has found her little piece of safety. When she meets Chas a parent of one of her students he turns her quiet existence into the ride of her life.

Chas wants Addie the moment he sees her and will stop at nothing to get into her tight body. When they do finally connect sparks fly and Chas is sure he has found what he's been looking for, until her past comes back.

This book was awesome! I enjoyed the slow build of the storyline and the chemistry is off the charts hot!

Chas was a great guy...he didn't grow up in the life but sought it out much to his parents chagrin...fast forward a bad "forced" marriage due to pregnancy and Chas' life is all about his son, his Harley and his brotherhood.
Teach...he calls her. She has some big secrets and it hurt me reading her lie to him not once but three times. She didn't need to lie about being married...she could have passed it off, like bad marriage, yeah I had one too. Hiding things only made Chas suspect worse things.

I found this one to have way too much sex. Hey don't get me wrong. I like the sex scenes in the MC books as much as the next one but just found this book to be pages and pages of the same thing over and over, to the point that I was just skipping through it during the last few chapters. I was hoping that there would be more drama involving her husband. Kind of more psychological torture. All in all I still like the characters and will be continuing to read the series.

I was intrigued by the story and I enjoyed it but at a certain point it was dragging with a lot of inner-dialogue that needed to be discussed and too much back and forth waffling with the MCs.
There are a couple of scenes with multiple partners at the clubhouse which I didn't dig. The male lead was turned on but didn't participate but still, ew.
There is no cheating but the characters were likable most the time but also inconsistent. Not sorry I read it but not a re-read for me.

Such a great storyline! I am always a sucker for a good MC smut book. But the storyline with this one was a hook line and sinker! I don’t like giving too much away in a review and try not to read them until after I’m done the story so I don’t ruin the whole thing for myself. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time and it was very appreciated how each character, good and bad, were told in such a descriptive way throughout that I could picture each one in my head.
