Simone never intended to drag anyone into her problems. All she wanted to do was take care of her mother and stay out of the way of her cruel Alpha. But in a moment of weakness she spends the night with a handsome wolf shifter, and now she fears that he won’t even live long enough to regret meeting her.
Please note this is a mini-novel and approximately 35,000 words in length.
But caution is advised! Contains scenes of a sexual nature with m/f interaction intended for mature readers 18+. (And there’s quite a bit of swearing too!)

Grey Wolf Pack Romance Novellas Book 12 - The Tiger's Mate - By - Elizabeth Ann Price
This is book twelve in this brilliant series and finally we are going to get more of Acksel and his happily ever after. Acksel Lucas is the Enforcer for the Grey Wolf Pack and brother to Hans, Noa, Gwen and Britt and son of Ilse.
He is such a great character and appeared in so many of the previous stories, I am delighted that he is finally having his own story told. Simone is a twenty three year old tiger shifter. She belongs to a pride that is rapidly becoming unstable due to the present Alpha's actions. Simone had to make some choices in her life to keep her and her mother safe but after a chance encounter with Acksel she realises how her life is not what she wanted it to be and she is definitely not with whom she wants to be with. Actions have consequences as both Acksel and Simone learn but true fated mates cannot and will not be denied. I really enjoyed this story and am thrilled for Acksel but to also meet a new shifter breed and their pride was an interesting twist as their dynamics or lack of them became clear, it added to the story. I would of liked a little more involvement from some other previous characters and I can't wait to see what happens between Britt and Craig, still so much to look forward to. I thoroughly enjoyed this story and hope for many more still to come. Happy Reading.

I was waiting for things to take place outside of Rose but I really wished that we got more out of the pride then we did. Also, I think Hans should’ve had a role in this as well seeing he’s been on a leash pretty much the entire series.

This is the story of Acksel, the enforcer and Simone the Tiger.
I didn't like this story as much as the others in the series. It didn't really gel with me. Simone is in a bad pack, Acksel has to go out and rescue her. It was just all a bit bland. Plus I really like Acksel and I was really looking forward to his series and being very manly and great and his mate being of a very strong character and it was all written a bit like a limp lettuce.
Ugh. Would have given it two starts as it was 'ok' but like all the other in the series so it got another star added.

In this book, Pack Enforcer Acksel meets his mate in Tiger shifter Simone. They meet after Acksel's younger sister Britt runs out in front of Simone's car and causes an accident. Simone swerved and hit a tree, to avoid hitting Britt. Acksel has begun to feel very restless and antsy about finding a mate and settling down, though he would not admit it to anyone. He had been attracted to Melanie, but she turned out to be the mate of his brother, Hans. Simone belongs to a tiger pride four hours away from Rose. Her pride is dominated by their Alpha, Locke. He rules by fear and intimidation, and keep the tigers on full lockdown, not wanting them to leave pride lands for long periods of time, the women must remain virgins until they are mated and are not allowed to work. Simone has been plotting her way out of the pride for the past four years, the accident with the pack adds to her getaway funds. Simone is mated, but not really. She is mated to one of the Alpha's sons, Parker. Acksel immediately knows that Simone is his true mate, and after spending a passionate night together. He awakens to find her gone, yet thanks to the check the Pack gave her for the cost of her totaled car, he might have a way to track her down.

Excellent
Loved the story and the characters were awesome. Once I started reading, it was hard to put down until I finish it. The whole series have been exciting, funny, with a lot of steamy love scenes that leaves you saying oh and ahhh along with the characters. Truly a must buy and highly entertaining.

Sweet dreams a softness
I have never called a story soft before. Reading it left me feeling the same as if I had read a Victorian romance. Kind of mushy inside. Characters were good the ending was good. Only problem I had was the fact a wolf could beat a tiger.

Mate-terrific!!!
E A Price has done it again. I love this series. It has everything that you want to read in a book. It is a great read but you you need to read the whole series for you to really enjoy the book better.

Awesome read
I liked this book because I've been waiting for Acksel to find his true. It didn't disappoint. The heroine was feisty and lovable. I only wish it was longer.
