VERY HISTORICALLY IMPORTANT COLLECTION OF THE MEDICAL EVIDENCE ON JFK
This book is a fantastic collection that is basically an encyclopedia to guide researchers- and readers who care about our true history- through the mountains of otherwise confusing medical evidence in the assassination of President Kennedy. I highly recommend it! Mr. Palamara has done an exemplary job at what must have been a very difficult task.

After writing one of the greatest JFK assassination books in the last 25 years (Survivor's Guilt), Palamara follows up by doing JFK assassination researchers a great favor with this new work:
JFK: From Parkland to Bethesda: The Ultimate Kennedy Assassination Compendium. I especially like how the book is laid out with witness testimony in chronological order. One can easily see how stories were changed. The book documents the cover up in the witnesses' own words. Palamara is the first author to devote his entire focus on the Secret Service and its involvement in the assassination and the subsequent cover up. JFK: From Parkland to Bethesda adds to Survivor's Guilt and is a must read for any JFK assassination researchers of the future. No serious researcher can now do justice to the JFK assassination topic without Palamara's work. Historical lessons learned from the assassination of Roman Emperors when the Praetorian Guard stood down or even actively participated, to modern times, one should know that security needs be placed under scrutiny. In this case we are talking about the Secret Service. Palamara has researchers pointed in the right direction which is in and around the Presidential limousine. Survivor's Guilt proves Secret Service involvement and now JFK: From Parkland to Bethesda proves the subsequent cover up.

For years I have referred to the internet version of this book, released about a decade ago. This expanded and updated version is not a light, easy read, and probably not the best introduction for those who are new to the subject, but is an essential reference for serious researchers. I'm not aware of any place where the statements and testimony of the medical witnesses has been compiled so thoroughly and reliably.

Vince Palamara has provided us a excellent researched based compendium to the intriguing "Survivors' Guilt". This time he tackles the medical evidence and first hand accounts of the hazy period after JFK's assassination. Essential reading for anyone with a yearning for the truth.

All well and good, yet who did it?
Bill Cooper first revealed AND showed us 30 years ago. And before him, way back in 1974, for the very first time, by Fred T. Newcomb and Perry Adams in their Murder From Within publication (2011), having its genesis in Eisenhower's reactionary ideology, contrary to Kennedy's democratic, peace seeking one. Similarly to Eisenhower, Lyndon Johnson, prior to Kennedys cold blooded very graphic murder (clearly captured, as intended, by the one and only filming of it by a completely still, unflinching spectator of the Presidential motorcade, Abraham Zapruder), came at some point in time, to believe in the necessity of continuing U.S world hegemony, but he was to be deposed from the vice presidency in the upcoming 1964 presidential elections, as he held a less than favourable, supportive Kennedy progressive peace loving, democratic ideology.
As intended, planned very meticously, he was handed the Presidency immediately after the murder - riding right behind in the car following Kennedy on that fateful day (and acting unusual right before the moment of the murder in front of him, some 15 metres away). He made U.S foreign policy thereafter revert to the maintenance and consolidation of U.S hegemony, which sought to continue the 1950's militarist President Eisenhower's $$$$ amassing Cold War policies, and by invading Vietnam to launch war there in 1965, extending U.S imperialist expansion to asia accordingly; enmeshed in an intractable, unwinnable war, whilst murdering many millions innocent civilians, in Vietnam, as well as huge human cost of losing untold American lives also, the U.S was increasing its wealth, through its no. 1 worldwide war machine military industrial complex, at the same time, the U.S was actually serving the humanity, freedom, peace hating ruling forces of darkness, through a totally unjustified and murderous war, which is in essence servitude to the power of death. That is to say, servitude to soul and spirit, humanity, individual, degrading, anti-democratic forces, values, ethics thereof

Despite exhaustive research, author Palamara is not willing to actually focus on insiders' well known truth of the true murderer (as was made publically fairly evident via the original zapruder film, which was first shown on American TV in 1975) - horrifyingly witnessed by tens of millions of us back then. And thereafter by bill coopers much more clear zapruder copy shown and lectured on during the 1980s.

Again, Vince Palamara proves that he has done objective, detailed, thorough research, and the results are clear: when you read the totality of ALL the witnesses/officials involved in the JFK assassination, there is absolutely no doubt the government "lone-nut, magic bullet" story is a fairy tale.
Palamara lets the witnesses (and the truth!) speak for themselves without much of his own commentary... thus any critic would be lying to say that Vince is just "speculating" about the conspiracy. Or another way to put it: here the conspiracy is revealed.
