Explains the purpose of business planning, tells how to assess the current situation, and discusses company goals, sales plans, labor expenses forecasts, benchmarks, and progress monitoring
I purchased this book to enhance my understanding of business plans, but I found it excessively narrow in scope. The content is primarily focused on manufacturing and internal operations, which limits its relevance. If your objective is to structure your company internally, this book may be helpful. However, if you're looking to develop a business plan geared towards going to market or attracting investors, this book won't meet your needs. While it provides a good starting point, it doesn't guide you through the entire process.
