I read this at the suggestion of my health coach. It has some unfortunate acronyms, but the principles she explains make sense and set out a good roadmap for navigating midlife and perimenopause. I was grateful to learn by reading this book that several of the changes I have made in the last few years should serve me well in the next decade or so.

Common sense plan about how to approach midlife and menopause. Dr. Bitner goes over the basic multiple times from different aspects, she keeps it simple and to the point. And has added a couple of nice anecdotes to help the story along.
