I have been going to the gym for a long time. Picked up a kindle version of this for pretty cheap, hoping to get some new ideas. This is pretty basic stuff, so it wasn't really what I was looking for. That being said, if a newbie wants to learn about body building, this book would be a great place to start.

Good reference

The book is easy to follow and broken down into six parts of the muscle group that makes sense. The diagrams and instructions with tips and warnings are good. Would have liked to have rep suggestions
