After dealing with Snipe, Serena hoped for some peace in Haiti, a country Cameron's family conducted an old business in. As Cameron and Serena begin fixing up the warehouse that's become their temporary home, things are still more turbulent. Charlotte is searching for Serena but what are her intentions?
Serena and Cameron’s story continues where the first book left off. The pair headed to Haiti to hopefully keep Snipe’s men from killing Cameron after the he is arrested. They decide to stay in an abandon warehouse owned by Cameron’s family for their hiding place. They decide to fix it up and stay there. The warehouse needs to be fixed up and Alisa (Cameron’s mother) is providing the funds for them to live down there. Cameron hires a man they meet to help with the repairs.
As Serena is cleaning out the office in the warehouse she stumble across a contract that was the demise of this Alisa’s business. Serena decides to talk to Cameron but get sidetracked for weeks. As the weeks pass Nigel (man hired to help) corners Serena about the contract and holds her at gunpoint. Cameron knocks him out and they tie him up. Alisa send her cop friend to help the couple. This is just the first gun toting individual the couple encounters in the book.
The excitement continues in this story and I refuse to tell you anymore which should tell you to read. At the end of book one I had several question….what happened to Charlotte; will Snipe get out of jail; what becomes of our couple.
Well these questions are answered in this action pack short book. Does not end in a cliff hanger.
I highly recommend this book and I hope Tricia will write a follow up.
Copy Exchanged for an honest review** This book wasn't my typical read so for me it was ok. I was wrong about thinking the "Hero" and the villain in the first book were cousins. I'm not sure how I confused it but it was much more clear of their relationship in this book. Our MC's are out of the country in this book running from the troubles in the first. They encounter a whole other set of problems in this one and some violence happens. Not much or anything gory, just a few gun shots and some threats, some scuffles. I hate spoilers so I wont go into much detail about the happenings but if you like a puzzle this is a good book for you. Well written but a few little edits caught my eye and paused my reading, not anything dramatic though. Overall this is a good series for a rainy day!
I was gifted this book by the author to read and review and OMG it is awesome just like book one you have to read this one the story and characters you would not believe I have read both books and i love them both. If you haven't read it please do because this one is awesome too. I wasn't to thank Tricia Bailey for giving me the opportunity to read and review your books they are awesome and you are an amazing person glad i have gotten to know you.

I was gifted a copy of this book for an honest review!! I devoured this book quickily. I love how the story ended. But I think there is still room for more. But what am I talking about everyone always wants more when a series ends. I highly recommend this series to anyone who likes insta love and hero bad boys!! this is an amazing story of 2 people that find the better in each other. 5 stars!!!!
Midnight Pleasures is a fantastic follow-up to Midnight Robber! Serena and Cameron are a sweet but strong couple who endure and overcome a suspenseful chain of events. I immensely enjoyed this entertaining and short read; and I look forward to further books from this well-written author!
