About the author

Zingdad is the pen name of Arn Allingham.

Zingdad lives lives a self-sustainable, off-the-grid lifestyle in a cabin in the forests with his soul-mate (and fellow author), Lisa Picard and their dogs.

Zingdad likes to say that what he does for a living is "to just make myself happy".

And what makes Zingdad the most happy is to discover what is REALLY true about life because, it turns out, the deepest truths behind all the illusions of life are all really beautiful and amazing. And when you learn to see through the surface illusions you learn to see through the fearful, painful, unhappy experiences that have controlled you up to that point. You see through them and learn to step into the power of your divine, eternal self.

So Zingdad likes to find his way to these powerfully liberating deeper truths. And as he does, what makes him even happier is... sharing them with you! So he writes books, blog posts, napkins… whatever. He also makes video and audio recordings. He offers guided meditations as a means of experientially sharing what he has discovered and “Soul Re-Integration Therapy” to help others past their deepest blockages. All so that he can feel the profound joy of sharing what he has found to be really true... with you.

Life changing!

I am already on my spiritual path of healing and self discovery and have been for over a decade now. However this book has still shown me something new and life changing.
I highly recommend it; especially if you like me have experienced deep despair at the hate in our World currently. This book taught me not to fear, that LOVE is everything we need.
Available free on his website too. Just Google his name. 🤍

Great read

A fantastic, clear and easy to understand book. The spiritual journey of the author is relatable, and has greatly helped me understand some aspects and concepts of our spiritual journey that wasn’t that clear to me before. Great author, great message. Highly recommended.

Loved this book, very inspirational and gives food for thought. If every reader only applied one concept within this book to their everyday life it would make a profound difference to them and all those around them!
