Addicted to You

Rate this book
Rachel and Landon’s story continues in this sequel to Drawn to You.

It was supposed to be just one week, just sex, no commitment, but somewhere along that overwhelmingly sexy ride, Rachel fell in love with Landon. There’s just one problem, he doesn’t do commitment.

As far as Landon knows, they have a good thing going, and he’s not willing to let that go. So Rachel can either tell him how she feels and watch him walk away, or keep it to herself and continue to drown in her feelings for him.

It hurts to be with him, but being without him hurts more. How do you make a choice about love, when there’s really no choice at all?

Title: Addicted to You

Cliffhanger: Yes
HEA

After reading Drawn to You back in December, I was very excited-not to mention fascinated with where the story would continue in Addicted to You. Although the CEO erotica trope has been well used by authors, there were elements to the story that sharpened my interest and kept things from becoming boring. Considering the amount of books I've read about the mysterious businessman who sweeps the heroine away on an erotic journey of pleasure, I was pretty surprised that nothing about that story felt stale.

The angle the author used was that the hero/heroine met and had a passion filled night based on mistaken identity. He believed that she was a prostitute sent to him and she let him believe it. But what happens after the mask is removed? To see their obsession grow for one another from that unorthodox beginning, I was easily held captive with this couple.

What we get in this book is something completely different and I'm sad to say, something that didn't sit well with me. Everything in this book revolves around two emotions. Jealousy and insecurity. Then there was the absolute lack of communication from the heroine leading to ridiculous patterns of self-doubt filled crying jags. This was followed by the hero begging her to open up to him. With no results multiple times, I might add. It was a never ending maze of madness that ate up the first 40% of the book.

Finally we came to the heroine's capitulation to the hero's pursuit. After telling him numerous times to stay away from her with without ANY explanation, she finally decides to let him back in. Not because she made the decision to look past her fears and take a chance on love. No. Her belief that he could never fall in love for her at any point in the future held strong. Her surrender was with this thought in the forefront of her mind:

If I'm going to be with him, then I have to take advantage of the one way I know to control the pain and uncertainty.

What's her plan to control the pain of unrequited love? Sex of course.

So in other words, Let's ignore everything that's bothering you, not communicate any of that, and just smother everything with an orgasm or two. No, she felt much better keeping quiet and deciding for herself what he was thinking and feeling. Another big issue with that was the fact that she was letting meddling outsiders feed her jealousy and distrust.

Instead of talking to him.

All of this erratic behavior sucked the enjoyment out of most of the book for me. Because of the feeling of a lack of direction or point to any of it, it just completely fell flat. I saw no reason for her to push him away over and over and never tell him what she needed from him. I saw no reason for her entering back into their sexual relationship so abruptly.

Once again, I saw no reason for her continued communication with her ex. This same ex who dumped her years ago and kept her hopes up afterwards. She swears she has no love left for him and isn't allowing him to walk all over her anymore. So then, why does she keep agreeing to meet up with him when she's with another man?? It. Made. No. Sense. Other than to be a catalyst to more unnecessary drama.

I would love to be able to say that this was an angst-filled book that evoked an emotional roller coaster of giddiness out of me. I would love to have hope for this couple in the conclusion, but sadly, I don't have it in me to care much for them at this point. After the way things left off, my feeling was that the story took every direction imaginable only to come right back where we started. I have a high regard for this author's writing ability, but in this case, I was not able to find that same sexy and consuming story as I found before in these pages.

Title: Addicted to You
Series: Swanson Court,#2
Author: Serena Grey
Release date: 24th September, 2015
Cliffhanger: Yes
HEA:

Addicted to You is a novel I've been looking forward to ever since its highly enjoyable predecessor Drawn to You. The state in which Rachel and Landon's relationship was left meant I was keenly anticipating which direction the story would take.

To briefly recap, after a rather unique encounter, magazine writer Rachel and billionaire hotelier and businessman Landon Court embark on passionate affair. The self imposed time limit they put on their affair takes takes a backseat seat when feelings neither intended come to the forefront. Recognising the enormity of pain and hurt she faces at losing Landon, Rachel walks away. It's here that we begin our story in Addicted to You.

Rachel's reasoning for walking away based on something Landon said in the earliest stages of their relationship:

"As soon as a woman starts to demand more than I can give, I walk away."

While initially I understood Rachel's fear of opening up, I may have been more sympathetic if she had simply given him more credit. Rather than saving herself from what she perceived as future heartache of his rejection, she should have afforded him the opportunity to make a choice. I don't think I can recall a time when Landon's behaviour towards her at that point would have warranted this thinking, and his repeated appeals to her should have served as a clear indication to otherwise.

Her repeated jealousies and insecurities throughout the novel were a disappointment. There were moments I felt she was purposefully and unnecessarily vague causing herself and Landon undue distress. When she does see sense (of sorts) she fools herself into thinking she can rekindle her physical relationship with Landon whilst emotionally keeping him at arms length. Needles to say her plan fails and again she finds herself in a situation she makes the decision to walk away from.

When he’s like this, when we’re like this, I don’t have to think about what the future holds.

From the moment I read my first Serena Grey novel, I knew I'd found an author that would make avid follower of me. She manages to tell a story in a way that appeals to me as a reader and a romantic.

The dedication at the front of the novel reads:

"To everyone who ever picked up a book, and was lost in the magic within."

It was very difficult to rate this. Whilst I enjoy Serena's writing and read it cover to cover, Rachel's merry go round emotions were an unwanted distraction. That said, I still eagerly await the next novel in the series, which I think is testament enough to the spell Serena cast.

This is the second installment of the Swanson Court series. Addicted To You picks up right where book one left off; Rachel and Landon said goodbye after spending a beautiful and sexy week together. She's walking away with the realization that she has fallen in love with the sexy hotelier but she knows he's scared of love and commitment so she rather walk away before getting in any more deep. Little does she know Landon wants more and won't make it easy for her to walk away.

Rachel is trying to protect her heart and while she's trying to avoid Landon her ex Jack is suddenly showing great interest in her again. So she finds herself battling her past and present feelings of love. The more Jack tries to get her back, the more she realizes that she never really loved him, and this solidifies more the fact that her heart really belongs to Landon. This helped her decide to give him another chance.

Landon is completely addicted to Rachel, so when she finally decides to give him a chance, he is willing to give her anything she wants and if she wants a monogamist relationship he's more than happy to oblige. Their relationship is highly sexual, in bed the have an incredible chemistry, but outside of it, jealousy and the total lack of trust in each other will make it difficult for their love to last.

Will Rachel and Landon learn to trust or will they simply walk away?

I loved this story when I first read, Drawn To You. I was so thrilled by how different and erotic it was. This second book was not what I expected though. Rachel's weak and insecure behavior totally turned me off, her hard-headed reasoning just didn't make sense to me. She was constantly letting the rumors and her insecurities win over the actual facts. The first few times I understood but unfortunately this pattern continued throughout the story, making it difficult for me to connect. I was expecting what happened at the end but I'm still very intrigued to see how the next book will play out.

The best part about this book was the steam and the beauty of the intimate scenes between Landon and Rachel but unfortunately for me I needed more than hot sex to make this book a total winner for me.

2.5 STARS

I've been a fan of Serena Grey's work since the beginning. Her stories never fail to hold my attention and keep me coming back for more. However...this second installment in the Swanson Court series left me wanting much more.
Things literally picked up where the first book left off. Rachel had just walked away from Landon, having felt he wasn't capable of commitment or loving her the way she loved him. As Rachel comes to terms with how she feels and the consequences of sticking around vs. leaving, she becomes embroiled in some seriously toxic turmoil. Firstly, let me say that her initial reaction to her feelings for Landon were justified. I think many women would feel the insecurity and doubt that comes with being with such a high profile man. Considering Landon's history, Rachel was irrefutably correct in expecting him not to commit. I'll emphasize AT FIRST. Soon enough, Rachel's refusal to communicate her feelings, doubts, concerns etc. became infuriating.

The first half of the book became riddled with Rachel's non-stop and monotonous musings about Landon and how bad he was for her. She never once confirmed any of her fears, never thought to clue in poor Landon, though the man tried relentlessly to talk to her, beg her, plead with her to just listen, just talk, just be honest. It was very frustrating for me as a reader to observe her irrationality when Landon was pretty clear about how he felt for her. I guess the miscommunication trope works well, but only for small periods. Long and drawn out, the 'miscommunication' becomes a crutch.

The second half was better, moved along faster. I also loved the secondary plot about Laurie, Rachel's cousin and roommate. There was an improvement on Rachel's part, though. She became more open but it was always almost too late. But there was passion, hurt, angst. I liked the second half a lot more, obviously. But then the cliffy happened and the term, a leopard never changes his spots rang true...*bangs head repeatedly*. Anyways, I'm confident things will improve and growth will be had with the last book, Lost in You, which I'm very much interested in reading and getting to see what I've always wanted to see.

Arc received in exchange for an honest review.

I have been waiting for the release of Addicted to you, book 2 in Swanson Court series. If you haven't read book one, you need to start there, trust me you won't be disappointed. I had the opportunity to read Serena Grey's "Drawn to you," before its release, and I devoured it, so no surprise I'm in total awe of "Addicted to you" by as well.

I'm going to be as bold as to say Landon Court is my new Jackson Steele, or Gideon Cross. He is a character that can melt your heart with his sweet words, while giving you butterflies in you tummy with his words... His embodiment is power, sexual greed, arrogance and loving, but not in your run of the mill romance. He comes with demons, attached to the death of his mother when he just 9 years old, since then he has partied like a bad boy, aquired the Swanson Court empire and slept his way through the who's who of women.

Landon and Rachel's unreal relationship came to a crashing end in Drawn to you. "Just leave Rachel", that is how this one starts. Rachel has fallen in love with Landon, in just 1 week and knowing he doesn't feel the same way, she walks away to try and start over, without him... the one man who made her feel love, real love!

But working and living in the same city meant that the likely hood of running into each other was more than likely going to happen. It doesn't help that Landon doesn't know or understand why Rachel has left him. She is a beautiful person, sexy as hell, and gives him something to look forward to at the end of the day. Knowing he must find out what is going on with Rachel, he refuses to let her just walk away from him, but although those 3 little words are on the tip of her tongue, but she won't say them out loud.

So choosing to return to their relationship, with the understanding she won't leave him again, their intense sexual chemistry is off the charts, not a minute together is spent without hands all over each other. But sex isn't enough... His super sweet words, hot text messages and glimpses to each other can't remove the feelings that Rachel has, especially with one particular woman, Ava Sinclair. She is the woman Rachel fears most. Ava has a history with Landon, one Rachel cannot get over. " He always comes back to me" - her words to Rachel, breaks what little control she has.

Choosing to walk away yet again, Landon and Rachel's tumultuous relationship comes to a head. She must tell him once and for all how she really feels. She loves him - now the ball is in Landon' s court (no pun intended), he must make the decision to love her and Chase her or know the score and let her leave.

I know what I want, I just hope Rachel and Landon will get their happily ever after. I'll anxiously await Lost in you, the next chapter.

"Addicted To You" is the second book in the Swanson Court Series and picks up right were book one lets us off! Rachel Foster has had her dream week with Landon Court, the week of no strings , no commitment sex, lots of incredible , earth shattering, mind and limb numbing sex, the best ever and to spite it all she is still walking away from Landon. Does she want more ? Hell yes! But she is still going to walk away, because rather than take a chance and ask for more, or tell Landon how she feels Rachel feels the only way to protect her heart from future hurt is to walk away now.
Does Rachel have baggage , hell yes ; Rachel was in love with her last boyfriend until Jack walked away after she told him she was in love to witch she spent two years being his friend , hoping he would realize what was in front of his face.
Meeting Landon, has made her forget all about Jack, except now trying to forget about Landon is even harder , thoughts of him intrude all her waking moments, what she thought would help her get over Jack and his sudden commitment to a women other than her, put her right back were she was but this time deeply in love with Landon and afraid to tell him or ask for more, because he already told her he does not do commitment .
Now when it comes to Landon, he is no different, he has his own issues and he afraid of commitment since his parents overwhelming love and his mother's distrust of his traveling father lead to tragedy, tragedy that he takes some blame for; so Rachel's no string attached works for him, except when it comes to Rachel, well Landon wants more and he is going to spend some time convincing Rachel to give it to him!
What I liked about this book, well I fell more in love with Landon, I found myself very frustrated with Rachel because she just keeps running, well after giving in a few times, and what hot times they are!
The biggest problem these two have is failing to actually talk about how each other feels . So will these two actually work things out? Will Rachelrun again? Will Landon walk away? jist going to have to read "Lost in You"

I was given this book in exchanged for an honest review. I was very excited when I was asked to review this book I loved the first book of this series and even the short quick read about how Rachel and Landon first met The Hooker. This book too me was not as good as the first one and I guess it's because of emotions on both parties. Rachel breaks up with Landon because she wants more from him and she keeps playing in her mind what other people say about him or the fact that he did tell that once a woman wants more he breaks it off. Rachel is in love with Landon and I thinks that he feels the same but she can't tell him be cause of how Jack reacted when she told him and I think Landon is the way he is because of his mother's death and how his was after she died. I love this couple but they have a lack of communication between them and what is up with her ex. Jack wants her now that she has moved on with Landon now that she is no longer waiting around for him. The sex scenes were hot as always with this couple and although Landon is a rich good looking alpha male he is not pushy and overbearing like some others that I have read. The book was well written like all of Ms. Grey's books and for this I gave this book 4 stars. I am looking forward to reading the next book in this series and more from this couple. If you like reading about hot rich guys and the women that they love than I recommend that you read this series.

Book 2 of the series picks up where Drawn to You leaves off. Like the first book in the series I like the story and the characters, however, Rachel has me scratching my head.

As the story continues in Addicted to You I find myself mesmerized by Landon Court. He is everything a woman could want and I see why women are drawn to him. He struggles so much with the tragedies of his youth and his personal fears that I want to give him a hug. I can see that he is afraid of hurting others and, of being hurt himself.

In book two Ava Sinclair, Evan’s sister and old flame of Landon Court is introduced to the story. She plays dirty and stirs up Rachel’s fears and misgivings about a relationship with Landon. I don’t trust Ava nor her brother. Trouble is brewing ahead of that I am sure.
I connect with Laurie. I get her conflict and concerns about Brett. She is upfront and tells Brett about her worries while he throws it back in her face. I want this couple to work out but I’m not sure I completely trust Brett.

My personal criticism at this point: For a good thirty percent of the book I couldn’t get my head around Rachel’s behavior. I understand her questions but it takes until the very end of the book for her to have a serious conversation with Landon even though he opens the door several times. It is obvious that Rachel, even though she knows Landon’s history, does things that remind him of what he dreads the most—continually.

Honestly Rachel’s internal dialogue is off putting. It is the same conversation over and over again to the point that I didn’t even care after a while. For me this repetition with no follow through prepared me for Landon to give up on her and more on. The sad thing I really don’t this I would care. Even Laurie suggested a conversation with Landon but did Rachel follow through? No!
Rachel is her own worst enemy in this book and feels weak to me. I am not a fan of weak and whiny heroines. I wanted her to play her hand and say “I love you Landon now the ball is in your court.” By the time she does admit her feelings it is anticlimactic, however, the way it unfolds makes me cheer for her.

As put off as I am with Rachel the book does end on a high note even if it is a cliffhanger. I am hooked on the characters and will visit Amazon in the next couple days to purchase the conclusion. I really want to know what happens with Laurie and Brett, how the Sinclairs’ are going to strike, and, most importantly, what will happen with Rachel and Landon.
The pluses far out weight any negatives. I recommend this series.

3 ½ out of 5 stars

Let me just start with I really love this author and I like her writing style. I think that her characters are well thought out, but this book was definitely not my favorite.

I love Landon. I think Rachel doesn’t give him enough credit for what a great guy he is. I think Rachel is so insecure that someone needs to send her to self-esteem school. And just for the record, I still hate Jack Weyland!

Chapter one starts with Rachel being totally unhappy with her decision to leave Landon. To the point that she doesn’t want to open the door to her apartment and start a life without him, BUT she chose this route and makes me crazy more than a few times through the novel with her whining and wishing things were different.

“We were never going to last forever anyway. We weren’t even supposed to last this long. It should have ended the moment I walked out of his apartment without leaving my number.”

This is how most of the novel goes from her POV. Wishing they would last and yet not doing anything to really help that happen. She wants to tell him she loves him - which she knows from the very beginning, and yet she denies not only herself but also Landon when she refuses to talk to him about how she TRULY feels.

She has moments in the novel where she thinks that Landon feels more for her than he lets on, but yet she keeps these feelings to herself, too. AND there are moments where Landon’s feelings are not at all hidden and what he wants is totally laid out there:

“I want to bury myself so deep inside you, it would be impossible to tell where you end and I begin. I want to hear you scream when you come. I can hardly think of anything else.”

And in moments like that - and knowing the crazy, total way he can make her feel so good, I just question why in the world anyone would deny themselves something so exquisite!

I felt like most of the book was back and forth - her wanting him, him being jealous of Jack, her being jealous of the mystery girls. Like I said earlier, I love this author and want the best for her, but I felt like this book just drug on their problems a little too much. BUT, I love that Laurie, Rachel's cousin and roommate finally talks straight to Rachel and maybe just maybe can show Rachel the right way to go about a relationship.

HOLY MOTHER OF BOOK LOVERS!!!
I LOVED THIS BOOK! I voluntarily received this book as an arc from Serena Grey, Thank You! Landon and Rachel are so perfect for each other but they're so much alike that neither of them sees it. They are both so stubborn and guarded it drove me crazy! Landon obviously loves Rachel and Rachel loves him but God forbid either one of them says anything. I was literally screaming at my computer, (COME ON YOU TWO IDIOTS!) Rachel frustrated the hell out of me! It was so irritating when she kept having her inner monologue about her love for Landon but she wouldn't do anything about it. Except talk herself into leaving him before he leaves her. I can understand why she's afraid to tell him how she feels after what happened with Jack but Landon is absolutely nothing like Jack. And Landon telling her he doesn't do commitment and he just doesn't trust any women. Then she starts to think that if she leaves him first then it won't hurt so bad when he decides he doesn't want her anymore but when they're both so miserable without the other. My heart broke.Total lack of communication. Lol. At times the banter between Rachel and her cousin Laurie cracked me up although Laurie's character irritated me too because everything Rachel tells her she yells their parents. One thing I truly love about Serena's writing is that I felt like I could almost feel the characters emotions coming off the pages. The back and forth between Landon and Rachel began to drive me freakin crazy! But their amazing sex definitely made up for that. Lol. And oh I can't express enough how amazing it was. Yes I can, Lol. I mean like wet your panties set your crotch on fire hot sex. Lol. After Rachel starts to see pictures of Landon and his old girlfriend Ava Sinclair it makes Rachel even more guarded. Then just when your getting close to the end of the story the suspense starts to get so intense that I can't sit still. Will they make it or won't they? REALLY SERENA? YOUR KILLIN ME HERE! Lol. I CAN'T FREAKIN WAIT FOR THE NEXT BOOK, (Lost in You). I EXTREMELY recommend this book to everyone! I felt such a plethora of emotions while reading this book. By the time I was finished I needed my shoulders rubbed from the tension. Lol. But it was worth every minute of it.

As I said before, I received this copy of this second installment from the lovely author in exchange for an honest review, and here it is..

3 stars..

description

Gotta say, I was definitely expecting more from both characters...

The story is more or less (well mostly) about what's going on in Rachel's head; and unfortunately, I didn't find it interesting at all, since it all sounded like it was derived from a certain theme.

You know what though..

description

I would have loved it more if it had more thoughts from Landon! He was awesome and his stalker tendency was a bit endearing *wink*

He was absolutely too hot to handle!

description

Really wanted to give it more stars.. but I couldn't since mostly nothing happened.

The sweet parts are short.

The good times could have gone longer after all the self-soaked sadness Rachel had been engrossed in.

My only hope is that the final installment blows my mind like the first one ;)

I'm utterly helpless, all I want, all I need, is for him to go on f**king me. As long as he wants, anyway he wants, everywhere he wants.

That's one of my favorite lines in this book, in my eyes you see how vulnerable Rachel is. She has falling completely in love with Landon and she thinks he can't fill the same. Landon is a broken man you really got to know him in the prologue.
I would say the only thing I wish this book had was Landon's POV.
This was a great second book in the series I just wish I could of had more. It's hot and sexy and sweet and sad in all the right places.
If he can love me, he can find me.

Serena Gray is a up and coming author that I think knows what she is doing, Her storylines are told in a way that lets you get to know and invested in her characters. I can't wait for the third book I need more Rachel and Landon!!!! I highly recommend this series.

This is book 2 in the Swanson Court series and it is a fabulous 5-star read. The first book was great but this one's even better! Rachel loves Landon but she's afraid what happened with Jack will happen again. What is Landon thinking spending so much time with Ava Sinclair? It's only natural for Rachel to start feeling jealous. Landon gets jealous over Jack. How can they make it work when trust disappears so quickly? All she needs is to get enough courage to tell him she loves him or she will always wonder about his true feelings.

It's irritating how Rachel brings up Ava Sinclair, he then tries to stop the argument by changing the subject and she lets it go. ARGUE with him! YELL at him! Let him know it's NOT OK! But that's just my opinion. I love Rachel, Landon, Aiden and Laurie. I'm addicted to the Swanson Court series and all of its characters! Fantastic writing! I am impatiently waiting for the next book in the series.

Second instalment of this trilogy.

it begins with a brief chapter of Landon and Aiden as children and the events that led to the car accident with their Mother and continues with the painful reading of Rachel's insecurities.

I was totally unsympathetic with Rachel in book 2 and I actually disliked her character. I thought she failed to give him a decent hearing. Landon's behaviour didnt warrant her insecurity and I felt that he had proven his commitment to her over and over in their relationship. He repeatedly stated that he wanted her but her constant jealousy and insecurities irritated me. At times the plot was vague and the habitual distress she caused the relationship didnt make sense. So for me book 2 was just the usual 'filler" we get in a trilogy.

I lost track the amount of times she walks out on Landon and she does it again AND we have the usual need to have naff cliff-hanger.

First, I would like to thanks Serena for the ARC given. You did again a fantastic job!
In this book , Landon and Rachel story continues ...Rachel still is very insecure, and this make me eant slap her face sometimes... She has many doubts all the time instead of live the moment....Landon is very patient with her, but although he makes everything to make her happy, he is not very clear with everything in his life, which made Rachel more insecure.
For me Landon is also afraid to commit because the way it was his patents relationship and the way that it ends...
I think they have to forget all about that and live the moment and build a relationship based in trust and love, let's see what will happen in the next book, I hope a more strong Rachel and a Landon free of his demons!
I also want to know what will happen to Laurie...
Problems apart, the sex between this two is of the charts, hot hot, hot!!!

I received this book for an honest review. I have been a fan of Serena's for awhile. Loved this book. Landon and Rachel are trying to figure things out still. That one night and their unbelievable connection has them on a rollercoaster. Landon walks away from everyone who loved him. He can't bare to loose anyone close to him. Rachel is in so much pain because she won't tell him how she feels. This book brought tears and heartache and joyous love and smiles. Will he accepted love or keep being who he is. There is no amount to this pain for either of them. They fight and relax but when Ex's come in and mess what's their they don't like it at all. Get this book.

I really enjoyed the follow up to Drawn To You! Landon and Rachel pick up right where they left off with Rachel leaving Landon. Once again, I feel as though Serena picked me up on the first page and plopped me right in the arms of Landon. Serena does an amazing job building up the angst in this story. Her characters are very relatable and I enjoyed all their interactions. Oh and the love scenes, did I mention how amazing the love scenes are and how you feel every touch and emotion. I'm looking forward to seeing how this one ends. Keep an eye out for this author, her stories get better and better!

I got this book for an honest review and I fell in love with the characters all over again!

The sex scenes are still amazing, and we get to see another part of Landon in this book, he is evidently in love with her but can't understand it yet.

She was all over the place, why couldn't she just admit her feelings?! It was driving me insane!

Her insecurities play against her and she keeps suffering, until she finds the courage.

How could you leave us like that again?!?!

I can't wait for the next book!

Addicted to You by Serena Grey is the second book in the Swanson Court Series and is the continuing story of Landon and Rachel. Right now I want to scream with the ending of this book!!! Landon and Rachel have such an attraction but continue to hurt each other with distrust and jealousy. Rachel loves him so much but had rather walk away from him than trusting maybe her love will be enough and he will be able to return her love. I loved this book! It had me from the very beginning and I was Addicted! I can’t wait for the next book.

I received an ARC of this book.

I received an ARC in exchange for my honest review. Addicted to you is aptly titled because I was addicted to this book! Rachel is in love with Landon but he doesn't do love. She decides to call off their affair because she knows he will just hurt her in the end. However Landon doesn't accept her reasoning. He is jealous of her ex boyfriend. They are each other's addictions. Rachel is afraid to tell him how she feels so she keeps pushing him away. I read this book fast because I couldn't put it down! I can't wait to read the next book!

Serena Grey is amazing! This author has a way with bringing intense feelings to life in words. With every word you feel as if you are living right along with the characters in their day to day life.

I CANNOT wait to read book 3 of Landon's and Rachel's story, this has been a wonderful romance! I

Book 2 has been emotional and inspiring.
Rachel shows you how to have courage when you don't think you can.

I have received an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review.

I love, love, love, this book. The detail of this love story is amazing. The reality of two people wanting to be together and afraid to get hurt so they close themselves off. The way this is expressed and the details that are given so that you can almost feel exactly what they characters are feeling is truly amazing. The book ADDICTED TO YOU is ADDICTING, I could not put it down. I can't wait for the next one.

Hot and dramatic

This is a book about 2 people who have a fear of loving. It is the second in the series. Landon goes after what he wants but I have mixed feelings about the relationship he has with his ex. I hope this 3 rd book doesn't take as long to come out as this one. I almost didn't buy this one because I had forgotten what book 1 was about.
