The Effective Editor

Rate this book
The Effective Editor offers tools and help for those who work with writers. It gets editors out of the doldrums and into improving reporting and writing by raising their own effectiveness as leaders. It is especially useful for those who are caught in the sandwich between management and staff. This book speaks first to news editors and news directors, but also to others who guide writers in their work.

Pretty good book. I still pick it up from time to time to read parts, especially the first 15 or so pages.
