Idea Coaching
This was a good reminder type book but also took the coaching model and put a little more emphasis on the spiritual side of coaching.
This book was not really anything new except the new IDEA acrostic. I still enjoyed the book and would recommend it to people if you are interested in developing your coaching. Good resource and gives credit to previous coaching models as well.
