"Alien Mate" is the continuing story of Zoey and Dex.
Here we see Zoey facing the biggest hurdle of her mating: a disapproving mother in law.
As attempts are made on her life, Dex and Zoey fight against odds to keep their mating and love alive, while protecting their planet and friends.
And yeah, I've finally warmed up to Zoey and her eccentricities.

3rd book in the series. Books 1-3 about the same couple. I really liked the H in this one. I didn't really like him in the 1st book. 4th book is about a different couple.
Decent story. The story needed more development but I enjoyed reading.
Ends in HEA. No cheating in this one or the other books in the series.
I really hope Boris & his brothers get their own stories. I'm intrigued & want to know more about their race.

ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTFUL !!!

Wow! Color me impressed - again! Alien Warrior is the third release in Sadie Carter's delightfully entertaining Zerconian Warrior Series and it still totally rocks! Although there is a good bit of backstory included in this book, I would not recommend reading it as a standalone but rather as a continuation after having read Alien Warrior and Alien Lover, the first and second books of the series. Unlike the first two books, this release concludes with a much more defined happy ending but fortunately for us, this is not the end of the series. This is my first time reading Carter's work and from what I understand, this is her first foray into the world of science fiction and I for one, hope she continues! I'm not a professional reviewer but I am a person whose favorite pastime has always been reading. It has always been my passion and my stress reliever. There is nothing I love more than to escape to the fascinating worlds created in my books. I know what I like, what I love and what I don't. I realize that many of the books I read and review are not the literary classics from the great authors we have all read and loved but my philosophy is simple: if I read a story and it's well crafted and I enjoy it, then it deserves five stars and folks, I had a fabulous, fun-filled time reading this series; I was totally entertained and truly loved it! This story is not rocket science but it is imaginative, exciting, original, humorous, romantic, arousing and delightfully entertaining. I've found Sadie Carter's books to be well crafted, well written, well formatted, well edited and an absolute pleasure to read. The dialogue is smart, witty, snarky, captivating and flows effortlessly. The characters are unique, well developed, engaging, endearing, sexy as sin and at times, laugh out loud funny. The narrative is written in the third person with alternating points of view from the female and male protagonists of the story. My favorite! I absolutely loved the cover as well as the premise of the story and especially loved the snappy, seductive banter, interaction and obvious chemistry between the hero and heroine. If you love fun-filled, fast-paced science fiction adventure filled to the brim with heart-pounding drama, heart-stopping danger, spine-tingling adventure, adorable humor and steamy dreamy romance, then you will most definitely enjoy this book.
Crown Prince and future Emperor of Zerconia, Dexanon Xa'a has truly been blessed. He has found his mate but surprisingly, she's not a Zerconian - she's a human. What? Oh yes and now that's he found her on the isolated outpost in the far reaches of the galaxy, he has no intention of letting her go. She is HIS! He's not only the Crown Prince but also a warrior and takes what he wants and he wants Zoey even if she is determined to test his patience and fight him all the way to Zerconia. He will carry her kicking and screaming all the way to his spaceship and to his bed. Well, maybe Zoey isn't literally kicking and screaming because he is the most handsome male Zoey has ever seen but it's really just the principle of the thing. Zoey has always had a mind of her own and refused to be kowtowed and bossed by a man or an alien, no matter how big, hot or hunky he is. What in the world does he see in someone like her anyway? But to Dex, she's the most beautiful creature he's ever seen, even if she's also the most puzzling and pigheaded, and can get into more trouble than anyone he has ever met. But, she's also the kindest, bravest and most loyal creature he's ever known. And just when the new couple think they've finally put the danger behind them and can now embark on a happy, safe future together, Dex and Zoey realize they must travel to Zerconia and face their greatest foe yet - his mother! Oh my! No spoilers from me but I will say this.... Handsome, hunky alien warrior and crown prince who has finally found his true mate, a beautiful human from earth but has no clue how to 'control' her-check! Sassy, kindhearted, stubborn female earther who has quite literally found her prince even if he isn't quite so charming and also has no idea how to act like a princess but is a true champion for all underdogs and strays-check! A strange, loyal alien pet-check! An unexpected new ally and bodyguard-check! A cast of wonderful characters-check! Danger, drama, adventure, suspense, betrayal, a mother-in-law from hell and a very unexpected enemy who wants Zoe dead-check! Side-splitting humor, heated attraction, fiery passion and steamy, dreamy sex-you bet! That and a whole lot more! The best compliment I can give an author is to recommend, purchase and read another of their books. So, do I recommend Sadie Carter? Most definitely! Will I read her next book??? This book came as a recommendation from Kindle Amazon. I’m not really into serials so I kept passing it over and over; finally, with nothing to read I decided to give it a shot and bought the first three books (they are one story). And OMG, I love this book, the heroine is funny, strong, and even though she has some “kill me stupid” moments, she’s is so funny that you get over it quick. The hero starts as an overbearing jerk in the first book but, he really changes over the following books and you are able to relate to them as individuals and as a couple. I will recommend that if you are thinking on reading this book, then buy the whole set 1-3 for Zoey and Dex story.

Not bad but too short for price
I read and enjoyed the first 3 books in this series and would like to read the rest but they are just too short for the price. This series would do better to be offered in Kindle Unlimited. The first 3 books all were about the same heroine which is the only reason I purchased the second and third.

Very good
We learn a lot more about Boris and Giz. Liula is still not nice. I like Koran a lot more. Thor is just very funny. I really liked this one. Dex is finally understanding that Zoey needs him and she needs a purpose. I love the followers of friends she collects. She always tries to save herself and I like that. I hope Koran and Thor get their own mates soon.

Oh that Zoey, she is always getting into trouble though it’s not always her fault. In book 3 she and Dex have arrived on Dex’s home world. She meets her Mother-in-law from hell.
I love Zoeys sarcasm. I have LOL many times through this series. If your into Alien romance then give this series a try!

So Good
I loved this trilogy and enjoyed being in this world. Zoey and Dex were such good characters and the humour and relationship was so lovely. I think I might want live on their planet. I enjoyed this series so far that I had to buy all of the books currently available as I will definitely want to read them all again and again thank you Sadie for such enjoyable books.

Alien mate
Reads well and full of excitement. Author kept the reader entertained with great characters and lots of action. I really liked the two main characters and rooted for Dex to finally be with his mate. He certainly worked hard enough to keep up with Zoey when she was constantly in trouble. Fun and exciting.

This series only gets better!
Sex and Zoey have fun had their mating ceremony and ave had lots of adventures together since they first met. Such an awesome series.

I know what I want for my birthday and it's over 6 ft tall, has eyes that change colour and is adorably arrogant. That's right sign me up for a Zerconian warrior of my very own. I love those guys and I devoured all the currently released books, including the novellas, in under a week. I confess, I was a little addicted.
But there was a lot to love about this series, Sadie Carter has done a fantastic job at not only writing a troop of sexy alien warrior, but she given us a whole bunch of feisty, hilarious heroines as well. I enjoyed watching the friendship develop between the women almost as much as the romances.
As I mentioned I read these book in quick succession, which meant that I quickly worked out the formula that each of the books follow. This did make each instalment predictable, however, that obviously didn't stop me from jumping from one book to another. This was a light-hearted and fun series to read and although you known what's going to happen that doesn't take away the enjoyment I took from reading each warrior fall for his human woman.
This series covers a lot of troupes/character types as well, so if you like a plain Jane, grumpy heroes, warrior women, enemies to lovers stories than this series is bound to fulfil your wishes. Personally, I really enjoy plain Jane and grumpy hero stories so those were my favourite books in the series.

Alien Mate is the final installment of books revolving around Dex and Zoey. All the elements that I loved in the first two were present in Alien Mate.
Zoey is finally on Zerconian however instead of a warm welcome she has the mother in law from hell. And of course once again all is not right in Zoey's world and someone is out to get her.
I think I would have given this book a 5 but I guessed who was out to get Zoey from their first appearance. But I still really enjoyed the story and can't wait to see who gets a story next....Sara

Good story
This still maintained the good storyline and characters I loved from the other two books. It only got a 4 of 5 because I felt the author lost touch with the warrior when they first returned home. This still had a great intrigue storyline when they were captured and wrapped all loose ends. Just wish it included a happy addition to their family in the ending. Still a great read.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE A Gal With Spunky Attitude and a Caring Heart!
Sadie Carter's series of The Zerconian Warriors is absolutely enjoyable reading about the good,bad and the ugly situations ,challenges,circumstances that Zoey and her Hot,sexy and continually confused,changing plus threatening moments are faced with. I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND YOU PICK UP AND ENJOY JUST AS MUCH AS I HAVE!!

Why oh why is this story so short! I totally adore Zoey and love reading about her. I know there are more stories to come, but not about Zoey/Dex. I hope they will be mentioned though! Preferably with a cute Zoey/Dex baby!

Four More Funny Stars
Well Zoey has done it now. She is despised by her mother-in-law. As usual Zoey has half the place adoring her (the servant class) the other half I might add not so adoring her. But as usual even some of those come around in the end.

Nice conclusion to Dex and Zoey's story. Again, a fun, entertaining read. Zoey had grown on me and I truly enjoy all the other characters. Dex is the perfect uber alpha, strong and dominant; no pansies growing in his garden. The other characters add nicely to the story. The whole thing just works. I'm a happy reader.

Not a lot of steamy scenes, but that didn't bother me
Something happens in the second book, and in this story also so I was very surprised Dex went away with is father.
