A useful little read filled with maple syrup recipes. Although the text has some grammatical issues, the recipes are realistic for regular use. The last page, "Sugarmakers Quick Reference Chart," is very useful for making maple sugar, maple candy, maple cream, and more. This was a great souvenir from Vermont! My final rating would be 3.5/5 stars.
